This training equips natural helpers with the knowledge and skills to support the mental wellbeing of their community and themselves. Modules include mental health awareness, self-care, community resources and suicide awareness.

APPLIED SUICIDE INTERVENTION TRAINING (ASIST) - 18YRS+ (REGISTERED, IN-PERSON)

This a suicide first aid two-day interactive workshop and will train you to intervene with an individual who is thinking about suicide. Certificate program from the Centre for Suicide Prevention. $175 or Free with proof of Community Helpers Course completion.

Some experts say that sleep is the most basic criteria to health and wellbeing. Pay attention to your own sleep hygiene - turn the lights off well before bed, unplug from your phone, turn off the TV and try reading a book.
