Falls can happen to anyone, they can change your life or take away your independence. The good news is that you can take action to help prevent a fall.

Here are a few tips to help you prevent a fall: • Review your medications annually with a doctor or pharmacist; • Check your vision; • Keep active; • Wear proper footwear; • Make changes to your home such as clearing clutter, moving objects to lower cupboards and add lighting and grab bars.
