COMPASS FOR THE CAREGIVER - $20, (4 WKS, REGISTERED, IN-PERSON) What is a Caregiver? Anyone who supports someone with an illness or disability, or who’s caring for an aging friend or family member. This program helps caregivers balance their own well-being with the challenges of care giving.
