TRIPLE P TIP TALK: FEELING DOWN AFTER YOUR BABY ARRIVES
Up to one in five mothers and one in ten fathers can have feelings of sadness and depression after their baby arrives. Anxiety is also common. This session provides you with suggestions to look after yourself, understand your feelings and manage this time of adjustment. For parents of all ages.
