Random Acts of Kindness Day - Feb 17, 2024

The purpose of the day is to develop a culture of empathy, generosity and thoughtfulness, reinforcing the idea that every act of kindness, regardless of the size, has a significant effect and contributes to a kinder world. Ideas include helping a neighbour, offering a compliment, or donating to community causes. These actions aim to nurture positivity in both giver and recipient.

Meals on Wheels For Your Freezer Frozen Entrees offer choice and flexibility while providing meals that are heart healthy and diabetic friendly. Each meal is well balanced and includes a starch, protein and vegetables.
