Grad Glow Up - Collection

Students graduating high school in Cochrane & West Rocky View County

We are collecting gently used formal attire of all sizes so every graduate can shine on their big day. Accepting floor length gowns, suits, jackets, dress shirts and pants, purchased within the last five years.

Block Party Trailer

Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or never fished in your life, this is for you. Thanks to a Special Sportfishing License, you do not need your own fishing license.

Designed for babies who are not yet walking, this group offers a safe space for parents to connect, share experiences and encourage their baby’s development through fun interactive play.

Marvelous Marmots

Join the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society for a 30-45 minute presentation on marmots that includes a visit with a live wildlife ambassador, Marmalade the marmot. Register child.

Caregiver Capacity Programs

Circle of Security

Caregivers with children birth-6 yrs

All children need to feel safe and secure. Circle of Security is an attachmentbased parenting program that helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs, promoting secure attachment and stronger parent-child relationships. If you require childminding, please call 403-851-2265 to book, while space lasts.

Join an AHS Childbirth Educator and Registered Dietitian to connect with other parents on topics such as pregnancy, nutrition, labour, birth, infant feeding and care and transition to early parenthood. Supervised toddlers welcome. Refreshments provided.

Yoga and Connection

Caregivers with children birth-crawling

Enjoy a yoga class for a mindful and safe way to get back into movement, while your little one joins in. We will end the class with some open discussion on parenting topics.

Toddler Regulation

Learn practical, compassionate strategies to help your toddler manage big emotions. This workshop will cover tantrums, co-regulation, and emotional development to support calmer, more connected parenting.
