Inventum International Online School (“The School”) reserves the righttoadjusttheGeneral Conditions,includingthepublishedfees,withfourweeks'notice.

1. Feesandpayment

a. Upon receipt of a completed application and payment of the non-refundable one-time registration fee of EUR 250, thestudentwillberegisteredfortherequestedstartdatefor the chosen course(s). As a result, the parent(s)/legalguardian(s)agreetopaytheinvoiced school fees in accordance with these general conditions and the applicable fee tari, as publishedontheschoolwebsite https://inventumonline.com/journeys-and-fees

b. The School works with a three-tier pricing system. The published fees include a variety of services depending on the chosen Learning Journey as detailed on the school website https://inventumonline.com/journeys-and-fees

c. The published fees do not include the cost of examinations. Examination fees arepayable directlytothechosenexamcentre.

d. Tuition fees for the selected course(s) are due in full before access to the course is granted. On an exceptional basis, other payment plans may be arranged, subject to the approvaloftheschoolmanagementboard.

e. The tuition fees are per subject content per year. If a student wishes to accelerate their studiesandcombinetwoyearsinone,thefeeswillbechargedfortwoyears

f. Tuition fees are non-refundable On an exceptional basis, a refund might be agreed upon, subjecttotheapprovaloftheschoolmanagementboard.

g. The School reserves the right to terminate this contract without notice for failure to pay schoolfeeswiththeagreedpaymentschedule.

2. Courses

a. Our commitment to providing the best possible educational experience for our students includes a bespoke subject selection platform. This can start already from Year 5 to ensure students are able to take the subject(s) they need for their futures. As the parent/legal guardian, you ensure that you have received sucient information about the course and that you have selected a level which is suitable for yourchild’sneeds,language skills, abilities and circumstances. Using GL CAT4 testing, we can assist with subject selectionstoensurestudentstakethemostappropriatecourses.

b. Parents are expected to add themselves as observers to the learning platform, CANVAS, toobservethestudent’sprogressthroughthecourse(s)

c. Our unique services help create a suggested pace setter for your child to follow toensure they are successful in theirstudies.Youensuretoreviewthiswithyourchildandagreeona daily timetable and/or pace to which your child can work, which will enable them to meet assignmentsubmissiondates.

d. Our easy CANVAS platform has a built-in calendar which can link to your calendar to ensure that no assignments are missed Ensure that your childsubmitstheirassignments in atimelymannertoallowfeedbacktobegivensothatyourchildcanusethisfeedbackto helpimprovetheirwork.

e. We have designed ourcoursestobebasedonprerequisites Thisenablesstudentstomake progress after reviewing feedback Children should not submit an assignment in a subject before they have received back and reviewed their Tutor’s comments on the previous assignment.

f. Seek help from your child’s Tutors when needed. Our Tutors are ready to help within 24 hours. If students need to reschedule a set appointment with a Tutor due to illness or other valid reasons, they may do so once; however, failing to contact the Tutor and not showingupforthesessionwillresultinthelossofthatTutorsession

g. Advise us immediately if your contact details change or if there is a change in your child’s circumstanceswhichmightaecttheirabilitytostudy.

h. The default access period for all courses is 10monthswiththeexceptionofIGCSE year1 where the content will remain available until exams are finished in thesecondyear..Ifyou wishtoaccessthecoursecontentlongerthan10monthspleasenotifyyourStudyCoach

i. Courses canbeputonholdduetoextenuatingcircumstances.Eachscenarioisconsidered by the School on a case-by-case basis and requires the approval of the school managementboard.

j Mock Exams are provided for all IGCSE and A Level courses in the second year of the study.

k. If your child wishes to transfer to a dierent course, this is only possible within the first week of the course In this case, the fees received for the portion of the InnovativeLearning-Anywhere,Anytime

coursenottakencanbetransferredtowardsthecostofthenewcourse

l. The school reserves the right to suspend the student from accessing the online learning material without eect on this contract or the financial obligations oftheparent(s)/legal guardian(s). Reasons for suspension are failure to pay school fees or if the student does notcomplywiththeschool’sstudentbehaviourrules.

3. Examinations

a. If the student is taking an external examination at the end of their course, you will be responsible for making timely arrangementsdirectlywithyourchosenexaminationcentre and for payment of the examination fees except if you have opted for our school to help youwiththearrangements

b. You will also be fully responsible for communication with the chosen exam centre including anyspecialarrangementsfortheexams.

c. If your child is taking an examination course, you agree to advise us of the examination results.

4. Localrequirements

a. As local regulations concerning online/homeschooling vary from country tocountry,you areresponsibleforensuringthatitisallowedinthestudent’slocation.

5. Copyright

a. All course materials are the School copyrighted and provided only for the purpose of attending the course. By enrolling for the course, you agree that the course material will notbeusedforanyotherpurposes.

6 LoginsandSubscriptions

a. AllloginstotheSchool’sservices,includingCanvas,email,andanyloginsprovidedfor externalwebsitesandsubscriptions,areforthesoleuseoftheregisteredstudentand mustnotbesharedwithothers.

7. Safeguarding

a. Asanonlineschoolwithlearnersaroundtheworld,InventumInternationaliscommitted toensuringsafeguardingandsafeworkingpracticesineverythingwedo.Weare committedtorespondingappropriatelyandinatimelymannertoanyconcernsofabuse orneglect.FordetailspleaserefertoourfullSafeguardingpolicy.

Allagreementsbetweenthepartiesshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewith Estonianlaw.Anydisputerelatingtothecreation,validity,execution,dissolutionand terminationoftheseagreementsshallbefinallysettledbytheHarjuCountycourt.
