Real Estate at Cobble Beach,

2020 was a record year for our community growth and we welcomed 25 new families to Cobble Beach. We saw the launch of 67 new lots in Phase 2, the last lot sold on Cobble Beach Drive and The Hollow units along the 16th fairway sold out in 2020.

Phase 2 is well underway at the Cobble Beach community! It’s incredible to see the progress being made with 4 foundations in the ground. Currently we are building 3 model spec homes; the Bridgewater on lots 191 & 185 and the Sarawak on lot 151. These homes should be open to tour in the spring of 2021.

Sherwood Homes introduced 4 new detached model floor plans for Phase 2. The Whistler & Aspen feature lofts while the Roseneath and Birkdale are bungalows. We are excited to see the Birkdale model home by Sherwood Homes which will be built on lot 189. We expect the foundation be in the ground by spring. In The Hollow, Sherwood Homes launched The Landing a block of 5 units featuring main floor master suite with en-suite and walk-in closet, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and 9’ ceiling. The interior units have a single car garage and end units have a double car garage. All have full unfinished basements. Sherwood Homes will be breaking ground on two blocks (11 & 17) in The Hollow in May.

Georgian Villas Inc. is building another block in Blue Bay Villas. Block 5 will feature 3 units; Aruba, Barbados & St. Lucia. These units feature a double car garage, main floor laundry, main floor master suite with walk-in closet and ensuite. We expect these units to be ready for occupancy in late summer.

Cobble Beach welcomed a new builder to the Georgian Villas team. Joining Berner Contracting under the Georgian Villas umbrella is the Dunvegan Building Group (DBG). The Dunvegan Building Group combines three generations of

building and development experience to provide an outstanding product at Cobble Beach. Inspired by the durability of the Dunvegan Castle, standing watch since the 13th century, the group takes great pride in living up to the Dunvegan name. The best construction technology has been utilized to build upscale homes that will truly stand the test of time.

DBG has developed a team of professionals in architecture, construction and interior design to deliver a truly luxury experience to its customers. From our models to a full custom home, DBG will work to fulfill each client’s individual needs. Each home is designed to maximize the views from inside your home and blend indoor and covered outdoor living spaces to maximize enjoyment of the Cobble Beach environment year-round. The Dunvegan Building Group is currently building the Bridgewater model on Lots 191 and 185. The Bridgewater detached bungalow is perfect for single floor living. Sized at 2,100 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Bridgewater includes an unfinished basement with a roughed in bathroom and potential for an extra two bedrooms, media room and living space. In January we took the opportunity to renovate the Real Estate Sales and Discovery Centre. The sales centre now features new floor plan displays for both Georgian Villas Inc. and Sherwood Homes, three site plan displays, a touch screen and TV with a new community video.
