Anything that’s made to be single-use like paint testers needs serious thought We think differently about our approach to every part of the paint buying journey. With 95% less waste than tester pots, they’re 100% adhesive free (no glue) and made from 100% recyclable PET material What’s more, unlike almost all other paint companies we handfinish all our paints to order - so there’s no waste in production Win:win for us and the planet

Unlike most of the paint produced, the entire COAT range is entirely water-based and low VOC (that’s toxins). Our supplies are made from entirely recycled and recyclable materials too, like sustainably-harvested bamboo, recycled brush filaments and recyclable steel No nasty plastics All packaging is recycled and recyclable too A fundamentally greener approach

Most paint companies batch-produce paint in huge quantities, in different colours, only for it to sit on shelves in stores or warehouses. Customers then take multiple trips to-and-from the stores to pick out a dusty tin But not COAT We produce paint to order in only the colours people want, and send it straight to your door via Carbon Neutral delivery partners That’s less waste, and less car trips
