On Monday, Oct. 5, Sheila Hess, Santa Barbara County election supervisor, unlocked Carpinteria’s two official ballot drop boxes, located at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave. and at Casa de Las Flores at 4090 Via Real. Voters have until 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3, to cast their ballot in the Presidential General Election.
