TRAILBLAZERS @ TSUNAMI

CHRISTMAS! THE SNOW’S COMING DOWN....

It is easily the most anticipated game of the year. The Coastal Tsunami (13-16-1-1) hosts their first-ever Snowball Toss, proudly sponsored by Marino's Independent Grocer in Sechelt against a talented Port Coquitlam Trailblazers squad (18-10-1-0).

These two teams last saw each other on November 10, when the Trailblazers doubled the Tsunami 4-2. Nick Peters was tested 40 times, and his team had goals from Jake Yakubowski (3) and Laszlo Istvanffy (4).

The final home game before Christmas will be an exciting one. Make sure you throw your snowballs only when the Tsunami scores their first goal of the hockey game! Plus, the team will wear holiday jerseys, which can be bought by visiting coastalhockey.ca.

The Coastal Tsunami would like to thank Marino's Independent Grocer for sponsoring this year ' s Snowball Toss game and holiday jerseys. The Tsunami would also like to thank you for donating to the Sunshine Coast Secret Santa during the week.

The Tsunami finishes off their home schedule for the calendar year on December 30 against this same Trailblazers squad. There will be a post-game skate following the game, so make sure you get your tickets while you can by getting them online at coastalhockey.ca or at the game.
