ICAST 2021: WE CAME, WE SAW, WE SOLD! M
embers of Coastal Angler’s national sales team and franchisees assembled in Orlando, Fla., July 20-23 for ICAST 2021 and spent three days spreading the word about our publications and introducing the new Video Magazine to the marine industry. According to Editor in Chief Ben Martin, “This year’s ICAST convention could not have gone any better. We were absolutely the most popular media there. During the three-day event, our team posted 20 new advertisers scheduled to participate in upcoming issues of the Video Magazine.” Pure Fishing, Inc. took top honors during the sportfishing industry’s premier trade event; its Berkley PowerBait Gilly won “Best of Show” in the ICAST 2021 New Product Showcase, selected from the 30 “Best of Category” winners that were announced Wednesday night, July 21, during the Chairman’s Industry Awards Reception, sponsored by St. Croix Rod. Pure Fishing, Inc. took top honors in the Best Freshwater Soft Lure category.
