THOUSANDS OF CHOICES

When you arrive in the Keys for your dream vacation many people are overwhelmed by the literal thousands of choices of charter boats offering a variety of activities on the water. Fishing boats, big and small, are everywhere, as are choices for scuba diving, snorkeling, ecotours, sailing, etc. How in the world do you choose the right one for you?

Recently I had a lovely family that booked our boat. Upon speaking to them, their ideal trip was to be able to fish and snorkel on our beautiful reef in the same trip. They told me that they had contacted many of the charter boats here expressing their wishes but could not find one that would allow them to do both of their desired activities on the same trip until they spoke to us! It gave me a new perspective about what we do! I realized that we offer excursions that are unique. We do our best to cater to the wishes of our guests and go above and beyond to accommodate their wish list while visiting the Keys. This is what makes us special!

We offer offshore trolling trips and go after the big fish that are in season, patch reef fishing trips where you just never know what you may catch, snorkeling trips where you get up close and personal with our extensive varieties of coral, reef fish, sea turtles, sting rays, and some harmless but beautiful sharks, and ecotours where I get to tell you about our very unique and delicate ecosystem of mangrove forests, birds, marine mammals, and other sea life. We can usually offer a combination of these unique and different options on the same trip. We have even been known to serve up fresh caught sushi on the boat to further your special Keys experience! We offer 4, 6, and 8 hour trips to give us enough time for your choice of activities we provide. We really enjoy these trips and it’s the best feeling when your guests end the day satisfied and with a new outlook on the little island chain, we locals get to call home.

I love our little island chain and the 120 miles of North America’s only living reef and getting to share it with our guests is a special treat for me. When I get to take children in the water snorkeling and show them a world that they never knew existed, my heart is full. When the avid fisherman from far away catches one of their bucket list fish, I go home proud and satisfied!
