Agricultural vendors produce a wide variety of quality vegetables, fruits, flowers, meats, and eggs. Small-scale food processors offer a variety of freshly baked goods, sauces, pickles, jams, maple products, specialty mustards and honey. During each session, a book about an aspect of the natural world will be discussed followed by a bring-your-own brown bag lunch.
