Happy February, Bees! I hope you are all doing well. As your International Trustee, I wanted to take a moment to express my admiration for the incredible work you all do. Your unwavering commitment to service is truly remarkable and does not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your service commitment! With that being said here are some International updates! ● The Key Club International Board has been working on multiple initiatives. The International Convention and Global Relations Committees released the International Convention scholarship to help Key Club members attend the 2024 International Convention in Atlanta, Georgia. The Membership Development & Growth Committee has created an informative presentation on membership growth and retention. The Global Relations Committee is fostering connections with clubs globally. The Programs & Partners Committee has established a new Key Club subworld on the Schoolhouse website, which will provide community events and online service opportunities in the future. Lastly, the Executive Committee is preparing materials and resources for future amendment proposals. ● Ready to ignite change in your community? The Youth Opportunities Fund (YOF) grant can help you elevate your club's service project to epic proportions! Apply now to make a greater impact within your community and take your service project to a new level. Grant applications are due by 8:59 p.m. PT, March 1. Apply now. ● Check out the Key Club International YouTube channel to listen to our first two podcast episodes and watch clips from the 2023 International Convention. If you missed the Running for Higher Office (International) webinar on Wednesday, January 17, don't worry, the recording will be available soon on the YouTube channel. ● Join me for virtual office hours on February 8th at 5 p.m. PT. Hey CNH!! I hope everyone’s year has been off to a great start and has been filled with lots of service and fun! I can definitely feel the love (for service) in the air! With the end of our term coming up, MG will be focusing on providing resources on ending the year off strong, DCON, and overall member retention, so keep on a lookout!! Blossoming with Service,

Member Survey Form Membership Growth Committee has released a member survey form to gather data about the composition of CNH in the previous months at tinyurl.com/2324cnhmembersurveyform and tinyurl.com/2324advisorsurvey.

Member Retention Manual MG and MDE Committee are continuing to collaborate on a retention manual with tips, advice, reminders, and solutions, so keep on a lookout! We hope to release the Member Retention Manual towards the end of January to early February!

DCON Membership Growth Expo MG is planning a small expo at DCON in the hopes of promoting membership growth, creating an environment for an exchange of ideas, and providing members an interactive activity to help create a visual representation of the member survey form. There will be several interactive activities and opportunities to learn about membership and other Key Clubs around CNH! CNH District Membership Growth Committee
