The Senior Class dedicates the 1979 Blaze to a kind and sympathetic friend and a truly good person — Mr. David F. Shelton. For sixteen years you have been a respected member of the Cardigan faculty. Not only have you served as chairman of the history department and head of jobs, but you have con­ stantly been a defender of the underdog. Your unselfish devotion to your profession and to the students of Cardigan Mountain School has influenced the entire Cardigan fam ily fo r the better.
