Welcome
I’m excited to announce that as of June 2022, Creative Memories has a new home in Minnesota. It has been a few years now that I have known that we’d outgrown our former space. With seven years of double-digit sales growth, we’ve expanded both our list of SKUs and our Home Office team to support you, our Advisors and customers. In our new CM culture, we still run our business within an entrepreneurial philosophy — as such, our new space features an expanded pick line to support more products and it also provides us the opportunity to lease out space to other businesses. Moving, as many of you know, can be a project. I'm proud to share that the team has successfully moved approximately 1,200 pallets of product and material and six major production lines, all consisting of approximately 70 semi loads delivered to the new building. Can you imagine boxing up all that product? We can! I’ve enjoyed searching for the ideal new space but am glad that we can now plan a ribbon-cutting ceremony. I look forward to enjoying many, many years of manufacturing and shipping you products from our new space. Thank you for all that you do and for spreading the Creative Memories mission! How to punch a border with any border punch:
Step 1 Insert your paper so the far edge lines up with the small black marking on the front of the punch.
Step 2 Making sure the paper is pushed to the back of the punch, press down on the top lever to cut the first section of your border.
Step 3 To cut the next section of your border, move the section you’ve just punched to line up with the pattern on the punch tray and punch again.
Step 4 Continue along the length of the paper.
How to punch a frame with select border punches:
Step 1 Start with a paper sized in even increments, no smaller than 4" x 4". It does not need to be square, for example: 4" x 6", 8" x 12", etc.
Step 2 Insert your paper so the far edge lines up with the long silver markings on the punch tray.
Step 3 Making sure the paper is pushed to the back of the punch, press down on the top lever to cut the first section of your frame.
Step 4 When you remove the paper from the punch there will be a small piece of rectangular unpunched paper in the corner.
Step 5 Rotate the paper and align this small rectangular piece with the long silver markings on the other side of the punch tray and punch again.
Step 6 Repeat steps 2-5 with the three remaining corners of your paper.
Step 7 If you started with a 6" x 6" or smaller piece of paper, you're done! For larger papers, punch the remaining edges by aligning your corners with the pattern on the punch tray and punch again.
Step 8 Continue along the length of the paper on all remaining edges.

Border Maker System
How to use:
Step 1 With the bottom tray flipped out and clicked in place, lift up the arm on the Guide and slide the paper under until it aligns with the edge of the tray.
Step 2 Close the arm (magnets will hold the paper in place) and flip the bottom tray back into place.
Step 3 Insert the cartridge into the Border Maker until it clicks in place, raising the white lever.
Step 4 Slide the edge of the paper into the slot on the Border Maker and line up the notch on the lever with the notch on the Guide arm.
Step 5 Holding down the Guide with one hand, press down on the lever with the other hand to create the border design. Continue moving the Border Maker along the Guide, aligning to each notch and pressing the lever to complete the border.
Step 6 Lift up the arm on the Guide to release the paper.
Step 7 Remove the cartridge by pressing the button on the back of the Border Maker.

How to cut a circle:
Step 1 Twist the white sizing dial (counter-clockwise) to loosen and slide it to desired cut diameter using the white markings. Lock it into place by tightening (clockwise).
Step 2 On a 13x13 cutting mat (sold separately), position your paper and place the Circle Cutter on top. Press and hold the sizing dial to keep it in place.
Step 4 While pressing down the blade housing and holding the sizing dial in place, rotate the blade housing 360° to cut a circle. If needed, you may backtrack to cut any missed spots.
Step 5 Release pressure from the blade housing and sizing dial to remove the Circle Cutter from your paper.
