Financial Report CMCC continues to strengthen our financial position which provides stability to deliver quality programming and services and invest in innovative teaching and research technologies. A key accomplishment is retiring debt. Following the year-end, CMCC was able to fully retire the debt incurred in 2004 to redevelop the 6100 Leslie Street Campus. Through generous donations from the membership and chiropractic profession, as well as through sound fiscal management, CMCC was able to retire $22M of debt in less than 15 years.

Sources of Revenue As a single purpose institution, CMCC’s largest source of revenue continues to be tuition and student fees. Concerted efforts are being made to increase revenues that are derived from non-tuition sources. The effort shows slow but steady progress.
