CMBM simplifies administration through the app, which centralises scheduling, site instructions, compliance and reporting in one easy‑to‑use platform. CMBM also manages invoicing and payment collection, significantly reducing paperwork and allowing franchisees to focus on what matters most delivering high‑quality service to their clients.

CMBM’s franchise licence fees are based on the annual revenue package you select, in addition to a standard one‑off CMBM start up kit fee. This structure is designed to support your success and provides access to the CMBM brand, proven systems, comprehensive training, innovative technology and ongoing operational support.

Getting started

Onboarding Essentials Your CMBM franchise operates under a five‑year licence agreement, providing you with the flexibility to run your business anywhere within your allocated area. While many franchisees choose to operate within a 30‑minute radius of their home for convenience and lifestyle balance, the final decision on where you operate within your state is entirely yours. This flexibility allows you to structure your business in a way that best suits your personal, family and financial goals from day one.

Our value for money franchise licence fee is based on the annual revenue package you select. In addition, you will be required to purchase a CMBM start‑up kit that includes all essential equipment, uniforms, and cleaning chemicals required to operate your commercial cleaning business to CMBM standards.

Step By Step Guide As a franchisee, you will never work alone. From day one, CMBM provides comprehensive onboarding, training and clear guidance to set you up for success. You will begin with an in‑depth orientation that introduces CMBM’s values, mission and support resources, followed by structured training on operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery to our standards. Each franchisee is paired with an experienced mentor who provides hands‑on guidance, tailored support and practical advice throughout the initial stages of the business.

Choose a annual revenue package that suits you

Register an Entity (Sole Trader, Partnership, Trust or Company) and obtain an ABN/ACN with applicable insurances

Complete the Franchise Application Form (one per person/ director)

Provide a Police Clearance for each person/ director Please submit all of the information outlined above to our Franchise Manager. Once received, our Franchise Manager will contact you to schedule a meeting, during which you will be provided with a copy of the franchise agreement and the required disclosure documents. There is no payment required at this stage.
