Peloton fabrics feature the Makspec® antibacterial treatment created by Toray’s medical division, which blocks odor-causing bacteria from penetrating polyester based fabrics better than any antimicrobial treatment ever introduced.

WHY WE MADE THIS Primeflex fabrics use a patented spiral yarn technology, allowing the yarn to stretch and recover without using elastic such as Lycra®. Super comfort with a soft and smooth touch.

KUIU introduced the world’s first molded carbon fiber pack frame to reduce weight yet create a strong pack that moves with your body. Carbon fiber is half the weight of aluminum and twice as strong as steel, leading KUIU to craft a patented 11-ounce California-made carbon fiber frame that is stronger, lighter, stiffer and carries heavy loads comfortably.

Fully Adjustable Suspension “Field Tested” KUIU added unconventional field-testing to laboratory analysis of its carbon fiber pack frame. In activities that include driving over it with a pick-up truck, loading it with 150 lbs. of gym weights and throwing a loaded pack off a cliff, the carbon fiber frame proved its strength.
