1. F aria Beach: Located in Ventura, 40 minutes from campus. It’s a lesser known beach so it’s not so crowded—a great place to catch waves and learn to surf!

2. S ycamore Cove: Located in Malibu, 30 minutes from campus. The fire pits are close to the shore. I have fond memories of bundling up to watch the sunset, having potluck dinners, and making s’mores with friends. This beach also has campsites. 3. Point Dume State Beach: Located in Malibu, 30 minutes from campus. I went rock climbing here with Cal Lutheran’s Adventure Club and had an amazing morning.
