WHEN COLD-NOSED PUPS WARM OUR HEARTS

We love our furry friends at Clove & Twine. When we asked our team to talk about their pups, the response was overwhelming! We quickly realized that the relationship folks have with their dogs is truly special. Have a dog-friendly office? How about clients who have a strong bond with their pups?

Grace: Account Manager

Dog: Todd Dale Wiggles (aka Todd or Tiny). 4-year-old cattle dog/ chow chow/hound mix.

"Todd has so many quirks. He is missing some teeth on his left side, so his tongue often hangs out. He fears men he doesn't know, especially if they are wearing hats (no idea what happened there). Just knowing I have him to come home to is my favorite."

Mary: Senior Account Manager

Dog: Theodore Corndog Meatloaf Mincks (aka Theo, Theodore Roosevelt, Meatloaf, Loafy, Loafy Lou, Mr. Handsome, Mr. Floof Boy, Angel Boy). 2-year-old goldendoodle.

"Due to his love of swimming, if you are in the bathtub and do not lock the door, he will enter (on his own) and dive in. He will also drop his toy in the bath because who doesn’t want to play fetch while they are trying to bathe?"

Louisa: Design Director

Dog: Tatertot Pugsley Paul (aka Tater or Tots), 12.5-year-old pug.

"The weirdest thing Tater ate was an entire corn cob at a crawfish boil. It came out perfectly intact. She loves being a couch potato."

Alexa: Fulfillment Manager

Dog: Timber (aka Tim Tam), 11-year-old basenji mix.

"Timber was transferred into the shelter I was working at. I went to pick her up, and she would NOT get in the kennel in the back of the van. I had to return to work, so I let her sit up front with me. She ended up sitting in my lap for the entire drive. I found out later that she wasn't showing well with any potential adopters because whenever she was out of her kennel, she was looking for me. I adopted her a week later. I fell in love quickly, but she had already chosen me!"
