Fall is here, the weather is beautiful and we are all looking forward to a wonderful family holiday season full of good food, lots of laughs and making special memories. We are thankful to be part of your holiday season and are so excited to see all our customers and vendors for "Christmas in October" 2022! The fairgrounds will be bursting with holiday cheer full of great selections from our elite vendors from over 8 states! You will find an array of jewelry selections, outstanding wood and metal art, home décor for all styles, soap and candle makers, farm house decor, shabby chic, mouthwatering yummy treats, plus boutiques and much more!

As always parking is FREE (including handicapped parking) and tickets are $6.00 (early bird tickets are $8.00). We now offer online ticket purchasing to get you through the gates faster so you can shop! Just go to our website www.cloudshows.biz and find the link to purchase. Cash is still an option at the gates as well. Christmas in October will be Saturday, October 1st from 10AM-5PM (early bird is from 8AM-10AM) and Sunday, October 2nd from 11AM-4PM.

Crossing off Christmas gifts for everyone on your gift giving list won’t be hard at "Christmas in October"

because we are sure you will even be able to find a one-of-a-kind gift for that hard to shop for family member this year. There is A Lot to see, so take your time and enjoy the holiday tunes as you stroll through 10 buildings and outdoor vendors too!

Cloud Productions knows how important it is for you to stay fueled while you shop and you may need to rest your feet. So, as always, we have a fully stocked food midway with a little bit of everything, plus we have seating outdoors through the fairgrounds. Festival foods have been a tradition at Christmas in October for the last 35 years and it continues to grow and change all the time. This year you will find fried veggies, corndogs, soft pretzels, BBQ, gyros, popcorn, and burgers, along with traditional sweets like fresh churned ice cream, lemon shakeups, mini donuts, funnel cakes and more! You won’t go hungry while you shop and we guarantee you will be smiling all day!

Oh, I almost forgot… our Cloud Productions Elves will be out and about shuttling you to your car so you don’t have to walk with all those big purchases. Shuttle service is FREE but we do accept donations that will go to the Cloud Productions Scholarship Fund to help future artists get a start on their

education. There will be two ATMs available for your shopping needs and of course if you spend $50.00 or more with vendors at the show just show your receipts at our Enter to Win Booth in Building I and pick up your free gift bag.

Our traditional Enter-to-Win booth will be in Building I so be sure to stop there first and get entered. You could win a gift from one of our awesome exhibitors. Drawings are every 30 minutes and you need to be present to win. Simply listen for your name to be announced over the fairgrounds speaker system. If you hear your name called, go back to Building I to the "Enter to Win" area to collect your prize. In case you miss hearing your name, we also have a board posted listing all the winners.

Calling all the trendy ladies who just love to add that special touch to their outfit. Jennifer, owner of J. Law & CO. makes earrings for all occasions from multiple types of materials. Maybe the sports mom needs a pair of earrings for game nights; or something for the lady that likes those dangles in a special shape and color for a night out on the town; or you are simply wanting a pair of trendy earrings to accessorize. Laser engraved wood art for your home is nothing less than classy. Rachel of Woodsey Gifts got started 3 years ago doing entry level woodworking projects and loved it! That love grew and a year later she went out and purchased a laser cutter. She had so many ideas of what she could create, and she got to bring her ideas to life. If you are looking for an ornate and special piece of home décor you definitely need to stop by Building A booth 73 because you are sure to find something that fits everyone’s style.

Tipsy Stitcher

She might just be an Elf who lives in Hebron, Ohio because Carolyn Lockwood makes the most angelic and realistic Santa’s you can imagine. It must be because she knows him personally! Be prepared to spend a little extra time at Simply Santa in Building A Booth 6 looking at all the Santa’s that stand 18 inches tall with all the handmade outfits from shoes to hat. The faces are hand sculpted and created with remarkable detail. Find the perfect Santa for your home this holiday season.

Two friends with two fun and creative crocheting businesses are sharing a booth in Building H Booth 16. So double the choice selections of items that are perfect stocking stuffers. Kim is the owner of Tipsy Stitcher and Dorothy is the owner of Mama Dots Creations. In their booth you will find an assortment of potholders, coasters, purses, hats, gloves and baby clothing items to choose from, and some are themed for Halloween and Christmas! We especially love the cup koozies and holiday kids bags. So be sure to check them out!

Giving Back To Our Future

Every year Cloud Productions supports the communities our events are in by giving back. At all Cloud Production Shows we choose to raise money for special causes which have ranged from the little train on CR 99, Food Banks, Cattlemen's Association in memory of her husband Dean to Toys for Tots. Judy has 2 kids who graduated Findlay High School and knows the importance of supporting our future young adults. This year Cloud Productions is continuing the art industry scholarship! We will be offering a $200 scholarship to a Findlay City School art industry student/s pursuing a career by going to an institute of higher education learning (i.e. university/college, junior college, trade school or a technical school) or have future plans to participate in art or craft shows. So tell your friends and family about this awesome opportunity that is made possible from shuttle donations and Esther’s Wheel of Fun booth during the show weekend.

Dorothy owner and designer of Dot's Craft Corner has as ture love the holidays. You will see her creativity and talent in her work from pouring her molds, firing, cleaning and hand painting. She has been working away to have your holiday decorating needs for your house, office and gifts. After joining us for the Springtime in Ohio show she was so excited to be part of the Christmas in October and we are happy she will be here. Look for Dorothy aka(Dot) in Building I booth 40,41 also where you will find our Enter to win booth with Esther's Wheel of Fun and the Snowball Drop (Plinko).

KJ DESIGNS BY KORA LLC Rustic Home Decor

Bumblebees, floppy eared bunnies or soft little kitties to dinosaurs, along with Star Wars characters or that crazy little Stitch creature for little girls and boys gifts, so look no further than KJ Designs by Kora from Findlay, Ohio. She is a wild crocheting lady who can make just about anything you can imagine and that’s what she does when her kiddos put in a request. Besides making fun little animals she also has quality practical items like cowls, hats and home accessories. Be sure to stop by building FA booth 19 and pick up some super cute stocking stuffers for Christmas!

Feathers are a new trend in home décor and Charming Oak has the coolest feather artwork on rustic wood to add to your home. Kelly Bouillon from Tiffin, Ohio provides her special flair to modern rustic home décor so be sure to stop by and check out all her charming wall art in Building A Booth 49.

Kent and Stacy, designers and makers, are so excited to be showing and selling their beautiful, wood mosaics at Christmas in October. They are a husband and wife team out of Lima, Ohio and go by S&K Woodworks. This talented duo has the tools, the space, and the creative minds to bring these wood wall art mosaics to life.

Each piece is locally sourced wood from start to finish. A labor of love is put into each piece from designing to cutting to staining every wood slat. Mosaics are from big to small and will capture anyones eye! Stop by Building FB 06 and meet Kent and Stacy and let them help you find that perfect piece for your home, office or a wonderful gift.

Finding that special little gift for babies and toddlers is what Dana crochets and knits for those cute little love bugs in everyone’s family. Maries Darling Designs out of Lima, Ohio will be set up in Building B Booth 18 and has a wide variety of adorable toys and special holiday outfits and hats that you can’t pass up. Her hats have the cutest little soft fluff balls on top! Stop by early to get the choice of her best selections.

Who can’t use a distinctive bowl or plate for serving at a dinner party? It will make the perfect conversation piece and perfect accessory for the home. Handmade ceramics and painted glass are Allision Greenberg's specialty, where she hand draws onto each piece of work to offer one-of-a-kind pieces. 8th Annual Mistletoe Magic Holiday Marketplace

Keeping it a Tradition in the Dayton Market - 8 Years Straight

Can you hear it...?! Jingle bells are ringing and friends and family are getting into the holiday spirit singing Christmas carols. What better way to kick off the holiday season than shopping with our elite specialty exhibitors at the 8th Annual Mistletoe Magic Holiday Marketplace!

Our Holly Jolly Early Bird Shopping starts at 8 am until 10 am on Saturday only. Be the first to shop and enjoy a relaxed two hours with a limited number of tickets being sold. The Holly Jolly Early shoppers will receive a shopping bag to fill as you shop. Tickets are necessary for our Early Bird shopping and are $8. Tickets will be available at https://cloudshows.ticketspice.com/ mistletoe-magic-holiday-marketplace-2022 mid November 2022.

Hours will be 10am - 5pm on Saturday, December 10, and 10am - 4pm Sunday, December 11. This show will again fulfill any shopper’s one-stop Christmas season shopping experience. The finest artists, crafters, and gourmet food will be complemented by a small, select group of direct sales, commercial products and services. The streets of Mistletoe Magic will be lined with a delightful fusion of seasonally decorated venues, shops and booths.

Demonstrations will include painting, personalization, embroidery and more! Scents, samples and holiday music will add to the festivities. Gourmet gift foods will abound for those ‘have everything people‘. We will have live holiday music throughout the weekend.

He’s jolly with that special magical twinkle in his eye and as he strolls the streets of Mistletoe you will hear a Ho Ho Ho! Our fantastic Santa will be making appearances and will welcome photos all weekend. The kids might spot him in his baking apron, military fatigues or in his Christmas Eve suit of red crushed velvet and black leather boots...so be sure to have your camera to capture a few family pics to add to your holiday card this year.

Take a break and sit down at The Claus Café, have a bite to eat, visit with friends and show off your purchases in Building 1.

We will be accepting unwrapped toys on behalf of the United States Marines to make sure everyone has a great Christmas. We hope to have them there and if so take a minute to thank them for their service. The Enter to Win Booth and Esther’s Wheel of Fun provide the opportunity to win great prizes and gift certificates, along with arts and crafts donated by our generous exhibitors, local businesses and Cloud Productions. The Christmas shopping tradition is on schedule for the 34th annual Holiday Handcrafters' Showcase and Marketplace starting on Friday, November 18 & ending at 4pm on Saturday, November 19. This beautiful work is the end result after J.M "Dusty" Rhodes finishes his love of wood turning. He feels extremely lucky to have turned his hobby of woodworking into a small business.

His signature work is in creating "custom” made items from trees or large shrubs from your home or propertycreating a lasting hand-crafted wood item that will have sentimental and personal meaning for you, your family or close friends. By crafting something unique and often times practical, he has been able to inspire memories that will last a lifetime.

When working with the individual piece, he says it is “talking” to him and telling him basically how and what can be done to it for size and shape. Since each piece is so unique with these individual characteristics, it is very special to see it “come alive” in the latter stages of the process. Two rules all wood turners observe: Never grow attached to what you are turning; and don't tell anyone what it is until you are completely done. The wood can change even as you are working with it.

Each item is "one-of-a-kind" based on the materials used. He uses only hard woods which are highly regarded for their coloring, grain patterns, feathering, mineral streaks, and other markings. Hudson River Inlay

The creation of an exclusive Hudson River Inlay begins first with a rough sketch by the artist. The next step is to capture the essence of the subject with just a few subtle lines that convey its motion and vitality. The result is a final line drawing that serves as a blueprint for each individual piece of art. Next, the artist carefully selects the various woods for his palette...with an eye for the natural grains and hues of the veneers that will give warmth and subtle shading to the finished work. The veneers are precision cut, then assembled and finished by hand to form the one-ofa-kind wood image. The result is a masterful piece of marquetry art of unmatched beauty and elegance. Jeffrey Nelson and Olive Wright from New Windsor, New York will be awaiting your visit to show off this beautiful work in Outside space N.

If you were at our Springtime in Ohio show earlier this year you may have found Shonia Brooks, owner of Beeez Nutz in building C/D. Well she loved the hospitality and is back again for Christmas in October with her nutz that are crispy, airy and full of flavor. For those who have not met her at the spring show she offers peanuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, pistachios and even pumpkin seeds that are either brown sugar, cinnamon or buttery coats to choose from. The packaging is great too because they are in easy to reseal bags! So be sure to stop by, sample and buy some nutz in Building C/D Booth 28.

BEEEZ NUTZ

Talented Young ArtistEmerges in 2020

Cole Knippen is a self-taught, wet-on-wet landscape painter from the small town of about 1,000 people in Ottoville, Ohio. His level of work would have you fooled into thinking he is an experienced man doing this for a living, but instead he started painting during the 2020 pandemic while he was only 13 years old in online school! Always enjoying the work of the well renowned artist, Bob Ross, Cole says it was a blessing to take a class and learn right from Bob’s son, Steve. From trees, to water, to mountains, Cole can paint it all. Come check out his beautiful ornaments as well in Building G, Booth 04, they make perfect smaller sized gifts!

Gotta Love a “BABE CAVE”

She is a one woman show! Yep that’s right she cuts, paints and designs! Danielle works from home where she can care for her family and three dogs while still putting her creativity to work. When you stop by Doggos and Décor in Building C/D Booth 23 you will see sign art with dimension that really pops in any room. Danielle makes wooden signs with personalized meaning or just fun, catchy sayings that will make you smile. She will have seasonal items and ideas for children’s rooms, offices or just about any space in your home as well.

The Art of Basketry

Gracefully Woven baskets will surely be a beautiful addition to any room in your house, deck, kitchen, patio or office. Grace Houvener makes handmade baskets and accessories that have beautiful craftsmanship that is sure to catch your eye. For the Christmas lovers that don’t need a basket, they will surely love the adorable woven snowmen to add to your kitchen table centerpiece or ornaments for your tree. Be sure to stop by Building B Booth 01 during Christmas in October at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.

Under the sea is where you find these precious pearls that First Lady Barbara Bush set the trend when wearing her traditional necklace. Amy Kinder, owner of A Luster Pearl takes these stunning freshwater pearls and creates stunning earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Perfect gifts for brides maids, a young lady receiving her First Communion or the professional businesswoman in your life. Stop by Building A Booth 12 and choose the perfect gift to mark off your gift giving list this holiday season.

Craft Shack

Sierra’s Craft Shack will be set up in Building A Booth 66 full of silicone bead accessories and screen printed shirts. Sierra creates fun pens, wristlets and badge reels that make a great stocking stuffer gift this holiday season. Plus, you can’t go wrong scrolling through her t-shirt options and picking up a few cute screen prints to add to your gift giving list.

Esther's & Snowball Drop

A Vision in 2020 came true.

Brenda Hamm did a lot of praying in 2020 for God to give her a vision for a new business and boy did he come through! Since 2020 Brenda started creating Christ centered apparel and gifts for babies and adults. Now in August of 2022 she has been working full-time on her business "Glorified Graphics". Her daughter handles the social media, creating the website and other important activities behind the scenes and her husband handles other aspects of the business which allows her time to create. A little bit of this and a little bit of that is what Needles & Sawdust has in their booth in Building A Booths 39-40. Gail’s booth is full of holiday cheer of woodcrafts, decorative paintings and dolls. If your home is warm and happy filled with a country fresh vibe you will surely find something to add to your front porch, living room or kitchen for this holiday season. Her sweet little rag dolls and hand carved snowmen will definitely be popular decor to purchase at Christmas in October 2022!

The memories we’ve made over 35 years with tears and smiles

No downtime in 2021 for myself and the family. This year brought some much needed family time and travel for me in between all the Cloud Production shows. I rang in the New Year with my sister Susan and Dani’s Family down in Tennessee. Broadway is so fun, the people are great and the music is awesome! From there I took a leap and went on a vacation with a dear friend to Mexico. It was a blast and the weather was beautiful.

Anytime I am close to the beach and water I am a happy lady. A visit to stay with the Dani & Cliff's kiddos...Kenzie, Maddi and Max while Mom and Dad went to New Orleans for their anniversary was enjoyable. I also got to spend some MawMaw time with Edison and Harrison over the summer and I love seeing them grow. Dayton & the Cincy area have so much to offer families to do to stay active it is mind blowing. I ended summer going home to the east coast to see my mom and family for some ocean time, a wedding and a graduation. Life is good!

Dani, Cliff and the kids are building roots down in Tenessee and I am so happy for them. Their family expanded this year with a cute little baby frenchie named Moose. Maddi always wanted a dog and her wish came true right in

the middle of softball season. Kenzie and Maddi are continuing to slam the ball out of the park and helping their little brother Max learn the family skills. Both girls are traveling everywhere for softball and loving it. Max just turned 7 and is having fun in school and is into baseball, flag football or basically anything that lets him run like crazy.

Lainey has been doing a-okay. My sisters and the family keep a close eye on her and I talk to her almost daily, as always. We had a fun time be-bopping at all the shops along the beaches in Delaware this summer. Convincing her to use a wheelchair was great so she could carry all the packages. I have to say she still has the moves and hit the dance floor a few times at the family wedding this summer. Everyone loves Lainey!

Ken and Jillian welcomed baby #2 earlier this year and all is going well. Edison likes being a big brother and is so smart. He takes after his dad with being an active little guy playing outside, swimming and going to Kid Strong. He just started learning how to ice skate and is a quick learner. Little Harrison is doing great and gobbling all the calories he can get, you wouldn’t even know he was a preemie. Mac is still reffing for football and he will be reffing this year in the MAC while traveling quite a bit during the season. Jillian is finding her mommy/ work balance and is back to Children’s Hospital as an occupational therapist. The staff and patients are glad to have her back.

We all miss Dean dearly and it is nice to have his tombstone in place when we visit him. It is still so hard not to have him with me and seeing that big smiling face. This year, unbeknownst to me, Dean was inducted into the Hancock County Agriculture Hall of Fame at the Farmers’ Share Breakfast. I am so happy he received this honor, he would have been so humbled to receive this acknowledgement.

35 years and counting! The dedicated customers and extraordinary vendors are who energize Cloud Productions to keep going and growing for the last 3 plus decades. So if you haven’t done so already, mark your calendar for the first weekend in May 2023!

We are anticipating the fairgrounds to be fuller than ever with not only our dedicated crafters but new ones too. We know our customers love the variety of offerings we have and we are always looking for new talent to join our shows.

Endulging on Food Alley, we know is always a must. We promise not to disappoint with a wide variety of selections, so plan on having lunch or getting dinner to go!

Of course we will have Ester’s Wheel of Fun at the Enter To Win booth and our newer game Plinko where you can win prizes over the weekend. In 2022 we started dedicating funds raised from these games to the Cloud Productions Scholarship Fund for Findlay High School Students pursuing a career in the Arts.

We are in the works of some new social media games on FaceBook, where you can win show passes and Cloud cash, so stay tuned and watch for more information starting at the end of March 2023.

As always, parking is free and tickets are $6.00 with kids under 12 free. We have the early bird tickets as well for $8.00 per person on Saturday from 8AM-10AM. There is also the option to go to our website www.cloudshows.biz and buy your tickets through the TicketSpice link so you can get through the lines faster.
