STORAGE UNIT LAYOUT
Ventilation
All units are equipped with proper equipment to ensure active and adequate air circulation. Industry standard requires a minimum of 6 complete air changes per hour. Our system exceeds that standard by providing a minimum of 16 air changes per hour.

Shelving
Each container includes 4 heavy duty steel shelving units. The total square footage of shelving storage space is 192 ft2, providing the ability to store over 500 - 2.5 gallon containers. Each shelving unit is capable of holding 8000 lbs. of material.
Floor Drainage System
Each container has a closed loop floor drainage system designed to be used for cleaning purposes and proper disposal of spilled chemicals.
Safety Equipment
Each container includes the required safety equipment to provide safety and compliance. Each unit is equipped with a Fire Extinguisher, a 5-gallon Spill Kit, an Emergency Eye Wash Station and the required warning signage on the exterior of the building.
Spill Containment System
The container has a spill containment capacity of 400 gallons (50 ft3). This is accomplished using a Polycuramine treated floor and a spill containment barrier. This volume exceeds recommended spill containment for the container’s maximum inventory.
