Who are Cloudfm and Mindsett?

Cloudfm Group was formed in 2010 providing facilities management services to multi-site organisations across the UK and Ireland. In 2018 we expanded our operations to Spain. During the global pandemic, we focused our Research and Development teams on perfecting an IoT solution that would enable clients to understand how each individual asset within each site of their multi-site operations is performing. Collecting data from the asset that provides insights and enables engineers to be sent to site to fix assets before they break down.

This was the beginnings of realising ‘predictive maintenance’ –the ultimate aim of any maintenance strategy. We named this team within our business Mindsett, and Mindsett has continued to develop and innovate over the past two years.

In 2022 we were able to apply for a patent for our product PRISM™. It is unique in the market and is becoming highly sought after across many sectors and in global markets, including via channel partners: providing insights that traditional smart metering cannot achieve.

The purpose of Mindsett is to make today’s world more sustainable by helping prevent the needless waste of energy and resource.

Mindsett’s technology, also provides our customers with a structured route to Net Zero, visibility on their energy billing, and insights into how much they can save on energy consumption.
