The Auditor app is designed to have a very fast learning curve, typically only 15 minutes. The functional layout is easy to follow and intuitive. Once the user has logged in they easily use drop down sections to select the area to be Completeaudited. and save multiple audits, upload later with Wi-Fi.
Simply mark on the tablet as pass/fail or n/a. Any failures can be referenced quickly with a failure reason selected from the pre-set check-boxes, photo evidence and additional comments if required.

Once a room is selected, Auditor lists it’s specific set of elements to audit and assess.

Simply changing risk levels for individual rooms will allow Auditor to produce Blended Area Risks, automatically calculating your new area target score.
The new question based, customisable, annual audit type is now available . As outlined in the new standards, Efficacy audits are now annually required for your functional areas. You can change the date range using the boxes shown and easy filters allow you to find single or a group of audits quickly.
