Standing Out, Evolving, and Reinventing Ourselves
For the past 20 years, the professionals who practice at the Lobe clinics have always put patients at the heart of their treatments. Retaining many professionals under one roof allows us to respond to different patient needs more quickly and more efficiently. “Just one call. We Listen. We care.” is our commitment.
The Power of Teamwork
From the very beginning, collaboration between audiologists, ENT specialists, and audioprosthetists has set the Lobe clinics apart. Over the years, specialized educators and hearing health consultants have joined our team of professionals to add support, follow-ups, and personalized assistance for each patient.

The Role of Specialized Educators and Communication Consultants
Specialized educators joined the audioprosthetists in the Lobe clinics in the early years of the network. More recently, hearing health consultants have joined the team. Their mandate: support each patient through their process of readjusting to the world of sound with kindness. Specialized educators and hearing health consultants work in collaboration with audioprosthetists and are available to support the patient, teach them how to handle and maintain their hearing aids, answer their questions, and alleviate their concerns. This unique approach enables each patient to adapt more easily to their new hearing experience.

Just one call. We listen. We care.
