THEY MAKE OUR VALUES ALIVE

WE TRANSFORM LIVES : FILIPA VICENTE

There are people whose energy transforms the atmosphere of a room Filipa is one of them A member of the Food & Beverage team for two years, she embodies something that cannot really be taught: a sincere sense of pride, constant curiosity, and the deep conviction that each of us can have an impact far beyond our role.

How are you today?

Very well! I have a simple philosophy: every morning, I decide it will be a good day Not because everything is perfect, but because our mindset truly changes things And here, we have so many reasons to be grateful for what we are building together

Can you tell us a few words about yourself?

I have been working at Clinique La Prairie for two years as part of the Food & Beverage team What has always fascinated me is meeting people, understanding them, their stories, and what they are going through And here, every guest who arrives has a deeper reason for being here They come looking for something real: to regain control of their health, to begin a true longevity program, to experience something that can transform their relationship with themselves It is a privilege to be part of it

“I DECIDE EVERY MORNING THAT I AM GOING TO HAVE A GOOD DAY!”

You embody something that goes beyond your day-to-day role. How does that show up in practice?

Naturally, I would say I stay informed, I read the newsletters, I pay attention to new programs, I follow internal training sessions and I make sure I understand the scientific foundations of what we offer

I do it on my own initiative because I believe that the better I understand our approach, the more value I can bring to each guest It allows me to create genuine connections with them: to explain the menu, share the benefits of each dish within the context of their program, and connect what is on their plate to what they came here to achieve These are authentic exchanges, not speeches, just two people talking about what truly matters to one of them

Recently, I reconnected with two people I had met in a previous position I simply shared with them that I was now working at CLP

CLP INSIDE

THEY MAKE OUR VALUES ALIVE

The conversation naturally unfolded, the exchanges began, and I took the initiative to tell them about our programs and what the clinic could offer for their health and vitality It wasn’t a planned approach It was a sincere conversation, driven by the belief that what we offer here could truly make a difference for them. They came to discover our programs for the first time, and they left happy

“IT WASN’T A PLANNED APPROACH IT WAS A SINCERE CONVERSATION, AND IT HAD A REAL IMPACT ”

What does being a CLP ambassador mean to you in concrete terms?

It doesn’t require changing your role It requires changing the way you see what you do Using your CLP tote bag on holiday Sharing a post on LinkedIn Sending a WhatsApp message to a former guest with a photo of the restaurant terrace, telling them spring is here, that the place looks beautiful, and that it reminds us we miss them and would love to see them again soon These are simple gestures, but they extend the experience far beyond the stay What matters is the intention Being proud of where you work And that pride is immediately felt by the Guests, by the people around us, by those who ask us, “Where do you work?”

Why is it important that everyone feels involved in CLP’s mission?

Because we are not simply professionals working in a beautiful place We are the guardians of a mission: helping people live better, longer and more consciously When a guest joins one of our programs, whether it’s a Revitalization program or a Life Reset, it is not the achievement of a single department It is the result of everything we do together

Each of us contributes to how people feel here And what people feel here, they share with others

What message would you like to share with your colleagues?

Be aware of the impact you can have Not only within your department, not only during working hours, but in every conversation, every interaction, every moment when you represent CLP Our Guests do not come by chance They trust us with something essential: their health, sometimes a turning point in their lives That trust begins long before they walk through our doors And it continues long after We all have the ability to be part of it That is the spirit of entrepreneurship: not waiting for someone else to do it Taking collective responsibility for the mission, each in our own way

A few snapshots captured during Viva Engage sessions, where Filipa regularly shares special moments with our guests, particularly during the kitchen visits she organizes

MEDICAL CENTER

Medical Excellence: care that never stops IN THE SPOTLIGHT

"People often ask me what exactly my team does. The short answer can be summed up in one word: everything The longer answer is this "

So, what does this “everything” actually cover? My team coordinates the entire medical journey at the doctor, with one simple goal: to provide every patient with a seamless and personalized experience Let’s start with the heart of this organization: our referring doctors

Our referring doctorss, at the heart of everything

At Clinique La Prairie, medical excellence is our hallmark, and our referring doctors are its embodiment Through attentive listening, precise diagnoses, and fully personalized recommendations, they design a true health and longevity strategy for every patient It is this trusted relationship that lies at the heart of our Guests’ satisfaction, week after week

To achieve this, they rely on the most advanced diagnostic tools, including epigenetic analyses, Heart Genetics, GlycanAge, and Zora, as well as the full range of expertise available across the clinic Their commitment knows no boundaries: they support both our loyal local clientele, deeply rooted in the region, and our international patients who travel from around the world to experience Clinique La Prairie’s unique approach to health and longevity

Support before, during... and above all, after

The work of our doctors extends far beyond the consultation itself It begins before the patient arrives, with a thorough review of their medical file and the preparation of their personalized journey It continues throughout their stay through the coordination of examinations and specialist consultations, and, most importantly, it carries on long after their departure

Because it is through follow-up that trust is built The referring doctors remains present, providing guidance, support, and reassurance when needed, while refining recommendations along the way It is also within this continuity of care that true patient transformation takes place This long-term support is one of the key drivers of our patients’ loyalty, both in Switzerland and internationally

Behind every doctors, a team

None of this would be possible without the teams that support each doctor: closely knit, complementary, and deeply committed

For the patient, everything feels as smooth as sailing on calm waters; underneath, trust me, there’s a lot of hard work going on! But always with a smile

The Project Management Circle: growing the project culture at CLP

How can we improve collaboration across departments, share best practices, and ensure the success of our strategic projects? To address these challenges, the Project Management Circle (PMC) was created, an initiative launched and led by Patrick Chalançon.

Patrick, when was the Project Management Circle established?

The idea emerged in the summer of 2024, following the values workshops held with our middle managers Beyond the discussions around our values, several participants identified a common need: to better structure project management, improve communication across teams and foster a shared project management culture throughout the company

Why was it important to launch this initiative?

Clinique La Prairie is involved in numerous strategic and cross-functional projects To be successful, these projects require a common methodology, the right tools, and strong coordination among the various stakeholders The PMC was created to help our teams work more effectively, share best practices and learn from one another

Who participates in the Project Management Circle?

The initiative currently brings together volunteer employees from several departments: Aldina Ramos, Agnese Bagiella, Isabel Garcia, Henri Magistretti, Sophie Berrier, Laurane Givel, Charles Delplanque, Leonel Santos, Pierre-Alain Voide, David Alessandria, David Barillo, Leonor Peixoto, Oliwia Jastrzebska, and Dimitra Giorgi

All of them have chosen to actively contribute to this initiative with the goal of becoming project ambassadors and points of reference within their respective Business Units

What types of projects are overseen by the PMC?

The members of the Circle work on a wide range of projects, spanning patient experience, the development of new services, and the improvement of internal processes Projects already supported include the optimisation of the CME offering, the integration of Holistic Health supplements into the Longevity Hubs, the adoption of new technologies, the improvement of the patient journey, service excellence, as well as the new outpatient pricing system, TARDOC Today, the PMC meets on a monthly basis to share updates on project progress, discuss challenges encountered, and continue to strengthen the project management culture within Clinique La Prairie

What is a Gantt chart?

A Gantt chart is a planning tool that allows you to visualise all the tasks of a project on a timeline Each project step is represented as a bar, making it easy to quickly see:

the different tasks to be completed their duration key deadlines the relationships between activities

At a glance, everyone knows what needs to be done, by whom and by when

Why is it important?

In a project involving multiple teams, it is essential that everyone shares the same understanding of progress The Gantt chart facilitates coordination, improves communication, and helps quickly identify delays or bottlenecks It also enables teams to anticipate next steps and better manage their priorities

More than just a planning tool, it is a true collaboration tool that contributes to the success of projects

Participants feedback

“The PMC Project is excellent The sessions are highly interactive and hands-on, creating a dynamic environment where we learn a great deal from one another I am very grateful to the team for their guidance and practical strategies, which are helping me manage my projects more effectively I look forward to continuing to learn alongside them ”

Aurum: a new approach to strength training

Innovation is an integral part of Clinique La Prairie’s DNA In January 2026, the Innovation department and Matteo, Movement Manager, discovered Aurum, a cuttingedge Swiss technology dedicated to strength training Exclusive to CLP, this machine makes it possible to instantly assess a person ’ s maximal strength and offer a fully personalised training programme. But what makes it so special? What are its benefits for our clients and why does it fit perfectly within our longevity approach? Matteo tells us more

Matteo, could you briefly introduce Aurum?

Aurum is an innovative training system that enables a complete full-body workout through six targeted exercises In just a few minutes, it activates all the major muscle groups while adapting to each individual’s capabilities The goal is to deliver highly effective, time-efficient training that is both safe and personalized

How is it different from a conventional machine?

What makes Aurum unique is its intelligent and automated technology The machine continuously measures and adjusts resistance based on the user ’ s strength throughout the workout In the past, determining a person ’ s maximal strength required multiple tests and exercises With Aurum, this assessment happens automatically and in real time, allowing us to tailor every session with exceptional precision

Why do clients appreciate it so much?

It is the ability to clearly track their progress The machine records performance data from each session, making improvements in strength easy to visualize over time This provides tangible feedback, keeps motivation high, and helps clients stay engaged in their longevity and wellness journey

Is it only strength training?

No The effort is intense enough to also engage the cardiovascular system So it works both muscles and endurance

What results can be expected?

With one session per week over several months, it is possible to significantly improve muscular strength This is beneficial both for people who want to stay fit as they age and for more athletic profiles

Why is it important for longevity?

As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass Maintaining strength helps preserve mobility, independence and quality of life This is why strength is one of the three pillars of the Movement department, alongside endurance and flexibility

A WORD FROM OUR LIFE-CHANGERS

Paulo da Silva Rodrigues – Technical Department

Who at Clinique La Prairie has never been helped by Paulo?

JUBILEE

Whether it’s repairing equipment, finding a last-minute solution, or simply helping a colleague, Paulo is always there After seven years in concierge services and three years in the technical department, he has become one of the well-known faces of CLP Always in a good mood and ready to take on new challenges, Paulo is celebrating his 10th anniversary at CLP this year. It’s the perfect opportunity to look back on his journey, from his beginnings in Switzerland as a professional footballer to his daily work supporting teams and guests

Paulo, last week marked your 10th anniversary at Clinique La Prairie. Can you tell us how your journey here began? At the time, I was training as a concierge in Morges During this training, I met CLP’s former Housekeeping Director Two days before receiving my certificate, I got a call offering me a position at the clinic I started in concierge services, and the journey has now lasted ten years

You have worked in several departments. Can you tell us about your career path?

I spent seven years in concierge services It is a job where you do a bit of everything and meet a lot of people

Then I joined the Technical Department three years ago Today, I am mainly responsible for repairs and facility maintenance Ultimately, although the tasks are different, there is still the same focus on service and human interaction, which I really value.

“I love my job, I love the clinic, and I love the people I work with.”

What do you enjoy most about your job today?

I enjoy fixing things and finding solutions to constantly different situations But what I like most of all, is interacting with people. In the past, my clients were mainly Guests Today, they are also employees In both cases, I enjoy being able to help and provide support.

CLP INSIDE

A WORD FROM OUR LIFE-CHANGERS

You have seen CLP evolve over the years. What has impressed you the most?

The clinic has evolved significantly, particularly in terms of infrastructure and suites. I have also learned that beyond service, it is important to understand the different cultures of our Guests Each nationality has its own habits and expectations This is what makes our work interesting and constantly pushes us to adapt

Do you have an anecdote to share with us?

(He laughs) There are many!

I remember a major technical issue that worried everyone before we discovered that the device simply wasn’t plugged in. And then there are the more unusual requests One guest wanted us to completely cover his windows so he would see no external light Another wanted all electronic devices removed from his room to avoid radiation

As we say: the Guest is king !

Outside of work, what are your passions?

Today, I spend a lot of time with my six-year-old son, who is well known by the entire Technical team

Before joining CLP, I also had another life: I was a professional footballer in Portugal and then in Switzerland It was actually through football that I came to this country in 1999 After an injury, I decided to build my life here Now, I run more with my brain than with my legs! (he says laughing)

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Having a good attitude and a willingness to learn Not knowing how to do something is not a problem Not being willing to try is

And above all, you need to enjoy what you do After almost forty years of working, I can say this: when you love your job, the days run I love my job, I love the clinic, and I love the people I work with That’s what motivates me to come in every morning

A WORD FROM OUR LIFE-CHANGERS

Sébastien Renaud – Maître d’Hôtel

This year, Sébastien is celebrating ten years at Clinique La Prairie. Ten years marked by the clinic’s evolution, changes of head chefs in the kitchen, new projects and above all, thousands of encounters with guests from all over the world

JUBILEE

Having worked as Head Waiter for several years, he is now one of the familiar faces of the CLP experience With his attention to detail, passion for service, and love of human connection, he shares with us a profession he considers one of the most beautiful in the world

“WHEN A GUEST ARRIVES SCEPTICAL AND LEAVES TELLING US “SEE YOU SOON,” IT IS PRICELESS ”

Sébastien, this year you are celebrating 10 years at Clinique La Prairie. What do these ten years mean to you?

Time has flown by extremely quickly I have had the chance to work alongside four different Head Chefs, each with their own personality, way of working, and challenges On a human level, it is very stimulating Each change brings a new dynamic and pushes us to evolve

Can you tell us about your arrival at CLP?

After more than 25 years in the hospitality industry and several experiences in magnificent establishments in Switzerland, notably in Zermatt and in the Neuchâtel region, my family wished to return to settle on the shores of Lake Geneva

It was at that time that the opportunity to join CLP came to me, through the then Michelin-starred Chef I arrived in 2016 and had the chance to support the many developments the clinic has undergone over the years

In a few words, what does it mean to be a Maître d’Hôtel today?

It is being the link between the Guests, the teams, and the kitchen Of course, there is also the organizational and managerial side, but the essence remains the on-the-ground work and human contact

With my team, our role is to ensure that each Guest feels expected, listened to, and supported throughout their stay. To make this possible, the

CLP INSIDE

A WORD FROM OUR LIFE-CHANGERS

collaboration with the kitchen team is essential I often like to say that we are like a couple: we are both indispensable and complementary We work hand in hand every day toward a common goal: to provide our Guests with an unforgettable experience

Sébastien pendant l’interview de CLP Inside @C Delplanque

Every Guest is different Some seek human connection, others prefer discretion, or simply want to feel at home With experience, we learn to adapt to each individual When a Guest comes back year after year because they consider CLP their sanctuary, we realize that our role extends far beyond service It's about building meaningful human connections

What was the last moment that made you think, ‘This is why I love my job’?

When Guests arrive skeptical about our nutritional approach and at the end of their stay, come to thank us and say, ‘Thank you, and see you again very soon, ’ that’s when I know we ’ ve accomplished our mission Moments like that are worth their weight in gold

What often makes the difference are the small details: professionalism, teamwork, and above all, the human touch When teams communicate effectively with one another, we can truly personalize the experience and turn a good stay into an exceptional one

What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue a career in hospitality?

I often tell my children that it is one of the most beautiful professions in the world It is a job that allows you to travel, meet extraordinary people and live unique experiences But you have to be passionate about it Hospitality is above all a vocation You need to love people, be attentive to others, and have a genuine desire to please them

If you have that sensitivity and openness of mind, then go for it It is a wonderful profession!

THE CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE ECOSYSTEM

From Montreux to Beijing: behind the international expansion of CLP

Last March, Arianna from the Marketing team spent several weeks in Beijing supporting the pre-opening phase of our new Longevity Hub It was a unique experience that allowed her to contribute to the international expansion of the Clinique La Prairie brand while working closely with the local teams But what exactly is the role of Marketing in the opening of a Longevity Hub? Why is it so important to have a marketing team onsite when a new CLP location is being developed?

Arianna takes us behind the scenes of this enriching professional and human adventure

Before talking about your experience on-site, could you explain why Clinique La Prairie is developing Longevity Hubs and why Beijing was such an important milestone?

Longevity Hubs allow our Guests to continue their longevity journey closer to home while remaining connected to Clinique La Prairie’s expertise Beijing was a natural step in our international expansion, as China has long been an important market for CLP

What was your role on-site?

It was essential to ensure that everyone understands what makes us unique and is able to convey it to future members

My main objective was to ensure that local teams fully understand and embody the identity of Clinique La Prairie This involved both sharing our history and heritage, as well as very concrete elements of the Guest experience, such as the Wall of Fame and the brand presentation spaces I also made sure that the teams embraced the fundamentals of our brand: our scientific foundation and our unique five-step approach to longevity, in order to ensure a consistent message that remains true to the Clinique La Prairie universe

What was the main challenge?

The challenge was to create a shared vision A doctor, a therapist, a spa employee, or someone in marketing can all have a different perception of Clinique La Prairie

What did this experience teach you?

I realized that internationalizing a brand is first and foremost a human adventure

Working with local teams taught me the importance of listening, adapting and collaborating in order to bring the same CLP vision to life everywhere in the world
