THE SUN IS SHINING, AND SO IS OUR SPORTS CLUB

What a pleasure it is to see spring blossom in this beautiful month of May! Just like our internal sports club, CLP Move For Longevity, which has kicked off the season in great style, with morning yoga sessions by the water, the launch of the football season, and impressive performances during the Lausanne 20 km weekend… It is off to a flying start!

Sunshine also means… swimming pools. We will show you how the pools here are managed with the precision of chemists To start the season, we also met with the Programmes departments, without whom nothing would be possible Finally, Charles will introduce a major project for the Medical Centre, collecting satisfaction feedback from our patients

We also celebrated the fifth anniversary of the HH brand, Clinique La Prairie’s little sister Five years of innovation, passion, and growth, presented to us by Claude, who has been part of the adventure since the very beginnings of the brand. Continuing with the anniversary theme, we then met Mirjana, who is celebrating 25 years with the company!

We wish you an excellent read, The HR Team

MEDICAL CENTER

Satisfaction survey to foster a true culture of quality IN THE SPOTLIGHT

To further strengthen the excellence of our Medical Centre, a new patient satisfaction project is currently being rolled out Better understanding our patients’ feedback in order to continuously enhance their experience, that is the ambition behind this initiative. We spoke with Charles Delplanque, Quality Manager at CLP and project lead, (as well as photographer for CLP Inside), who explained the origins, objectives, and benefits of this initiative, both for the quality of care and the patient experience.

I am proud to see a true culture of quality gradually emerging within our teams

Why was this project launched?

Patient satisfaction is an integral part of our quality approach and also responds to the requirements of H+ standards Beyond these obligations, the main objective is to better understand the experience lived by our patients in order to identify strengths as well as areas for improvement

How was patient feedback managed until now?

For many years, questionnaires were mainly managed on paper, which required a great deal of manual processing and did not generate enough feedback Several solutions were tested in order to improve participation and make the process more efficient

What does the new approach involve?

The project aims to introduce a simpler, more modern, and more accessible approach, making it easier to collect patient feedback and better use the information gathered

What will this bring?

This initiative will support the continuous improvement of care quality, the patient experience, and the understanding of operational needs It will also help teams identify certain points requiring attention more quickly and implement concrete improvement actions

How will the project work?

The project is based on digital questionnaires accessible via iPads made available to patients This approach simplifies the collection of feedback, increases participation, and enables satisfaction indicators to be monitored in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the patient experience

SUPPORT SERVICES

At the heart of water quality in CLP’s pools

Hugo, from the Technical Services department, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help... we all know him But what really happens behind the scenes of the pools, and why is this work so essential to the comfort and safety of our guests? We wanted to learn more about this role, as discreet as it is indispensable Behind every perfectly heated pool, ready to welcome patients, lies truly meticulous work Draining, refilling, reheating the water, everything must be carried out within a very limited timeframe, sometimes in just a few hours, and always with the utmost discretion It is a real daily challenge, one for which Hugo seems to have the secret, managing to work on the pools in record time while guaranteeing guests a perfectly smooth and enjoyable experience

Hugo, could you tell us about your role and explain how you specialised in this field?

I specialise in pool hydraulics and obtained the biocide licence This is a mandatory certification in Switzerland for operating swimming pools, every establishment must have a trained person responsible for pool water quality I am the person in charge of this at CLP, which is also subject to regular inspections in this regard

What does your routine involving the pools look like?

My day starts early, at around 6 30 am We carry out two pool inspections each day, one in the morning and one in the evening I begin by checking the temperatures from my computer, as everything is connected I then go to the technical room to start the filtration system I take my testing kit and visit each pool individually I carry out the necessary analyses, checking the pH and chlorine levels Finally, I return to the technical room to adjust the settings if required

So, what can be found in this technical room?

It is truly the heart of the system All the installations used to regulate the pools are located there The machines are connected, allowing us to act immediately on the pH, chlorine levels, or temperature It is also where we produce our disinfectant solution and manage the overall balance of the water This is essential to guarantee water that is clean, healthy, and pleasant for the skin

Why is this balance so important?

An imbalance can lead to skin irritation or hygiene issues The aim is to provide water that is perfectly safe, while also remaining comfortable for our guests We therefore monitor the parameters continuously AND YOU?

DID YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE FOUR POOLS AT CLP? A THERAPEUTIC POOL, A JACUZZI, A COLD-WATER POOL, AND AN INDOOR SWIMMING POOL. COME ALONG, WE HAVE PREPARED A GUIDED TOUR FOR YOU ON THE NEXT PAGE

It is wa sed to manag ements are located there, most importantly the temperature, pH, and chlorine levels

From the control panels, everything can be managed This technical room even includes a dedicated area where we produce our own antibacterial solution It involves the careful handling of hazardous products and maintaining a delicate balance to guarantee the safety of all users

HEALTH RESORT

The Programmes Department, at the heart of the patient journey Behind the main reception at Clinique La Prairie, three women coordinate every patient stay with precision and responsiveness Ana, Marjorie, and Mathilde make up the Programmes team, a key department responsible for coordinating the entire patient journey, from medical appointments to meals and spa treatments Ana has been part of the team for 19 years and is now its pioneer Marjorie, who has been at CLP for 12 years, joined the Programmes department in 2022 after several years at the Spa and then in Guest Relations. Mathilde is the newest member of the team, having joined last February. Together, they work towards one major objective, guaranteeing a smooth, consistent, and enjoyable stay for every patient

What is the main role of the Programmes team?

As soon as a programme is sold, we organise the patient’s entire stay Medical consultations, spa treatments, examinations, or nursing care, everything must flow smoothly We maintain an overall view of the patient journey to ensure the stay remains consistent and enjoyable from beginning to end

How do you support patients on a daily basis?

Even though the Guest Relations team is in direct contact with patients, we are behind all the organisation We analyse every booking, anticipate needs, and constantly find solutions, even when last-minute changes arise

What are the biggest challenges in your role?

Clearly, coordination, we schedule around 2,000 appointments every week It requires a great deal of anticipation and communication with the various departments Thanks to our central position, we quickly identify when something is not working properly or when a patient journey lacks consistency

What do you enjoy most about this role?

No two days are ever the same, smiles Marjorie Every patient is different, so every week is different too We always have to put ourselves in the patient’s shoes, adds Mathilde We think about what will be the smoothest and most enjoyable experience for them Ana adds : we are a little like the guardians of the patient journey

One last word?

The team bursts into laughter: Sometimes, we come across as the bad guys because we challenge certain schedules but it is always in the patient’s best interest!

A discreet yet essential role, making the Programmes department a true cornerstone of the patient experience at Clinique La Prairie

In May, Mirjana celebrates her 25th anniversary at Clinique La Prairie An incredible milestone that we are delighted to celebrate with her Known by her colleagues for her efficiency, precision, and discretion, Mirjana has witnessed CLP through many transformations over the years. After 25 years within the Housekeeping team, she kindly agreed to give us a few minutes to speak about her daily work and her journey.

Mirjana, can you tell us how your journey here began?

A friend suggested that I join her here I started in the operating theatre and worked there for almost 20 years It is very different from traditional housekeeping, you have to follow precise protocols, disinfect the machines, and pay great attention to detail

After that, I continued working in areas requiring specialised maintenance, such as radiology You need to understand the materials, be careful with metal surfaces, and follow specific procedures

I have also been involved in the renovations, relocations, and openings of several medical areas The operating room, gastroenterology, gynaecology and sometimes I also step in at the Château, I am a little bit everywhere!

What have you enjoyed most here?

The clinic has given me a wonderful quality of life I was able to raise my children and build my life here I have always got on very well with my colleagues, and I really appreciate the autonomy I have in my work

CLP INSIDE

A WORD FROM OUR LIFE-CHANGERS

As I take care of specific areas, I am able to organise my work independently I like being active, fast, and efficient Once I start something, I cannot stop!

I am quite a perfectionist as well My colleagues often tell me that I walk quickly and that I can be a little obsessive at times! (she laughs)

Before coming to Switzerland, I studied civil engineering in construction in Serbia I think that explains why I am so organised and precise in my work today

What is the most important thing in your role?

For me, attention to detail is extremely important In medical areas, you have to be rigorous and attentive at all times

I also like knowing that my work supports the teams and contributes to the smooth running of CLP Even though we often work behind the scenes, our role is essential

Have you seen the clinic evolve over the years?

Enormously! The number of employees has grown significantly, and I also see many new professions emerging The clinic has changed a great deal, but within our department, the work continues to maintain the same standards

After 25 years at CLP, how do you feel today? (She smiles) I feel grateful CLP allowed me to build my life here in Switzerland and to grow throughout all these years When I look back, I am proud of the journey I have made

5 years of commitment, excellence, and a vision for longevity

Since the very beginning of the Holistic Health adventure, Claude has supported the development of the brand with passion. As HH’s very first employee, joining in March 2021 even before the official launch of the e-commerce platform, she witnessed the birth of the products, helped structure operations, and embraced the challenge of contributing to the construction and growth of the brand On the occasion of Holistic Health’s fifth anniversary, she looks back on the beginnings, the challenges, the successes, and her vision of this human and entrepreneurial journey.

What has marked you the most in the creation of the brand?

The development of new products is one of the aspects I particularly enjoy You have to find the right balance between quality, regulations, brand image, and innovation It is very demanding work, but also incredibly exciting

What has been the greatest challenge over the past few years?

Regulatory aspects remain by far the most complex It is an area where you constantly need to anticipate, document, and secure every step This level of rigour is essential in our industry

What is your greatest pride in this adventure today?

Having taken part in the launch and structuring of the brand from the very beginning Seeing the products reach the market, knowing all the work behind them, is a real source of pride

What is your favourite product in the range?

I would say Epinome, because I was involved in its development, from the formula right through to the packaging But in terms of benefits, The Ultimate remains my essential product!

How do you see the future of HH?

We are currently working on new projects with the ambition of launching one innovation every year

What has this adventure brought you personally?

It has taught me to manage complex subjects with greater confidence, to anticipate better, and to always remain solution-oriented!

“When you see the final product you have worked on for months out on the market, it is an incredible source of pride!”

Evian 2026: One Direction, One Team, One Promise

During the first week of May, 46 experts, corporate managers, and international leaders from Clinique La Prairie gathered in Evian for the CLP Academy Offsite 2026, centred around a single ambition: Unlocking Longevity: Becoming Life Changers and Scaling Our Business.

progression

Day 1 established our strategic foundation aligning every function on priorities, growth direction, and the investments needed to scale CLP with clarity and coherence Simone opened with a powerful reminder: our strength lies in operating as a connected ecosystem, where every role contributes to transforming lives

Day 2 brought the most personal challenge: what does it truly mean to be a life changer? The answer lies not in titles or treatments, but in attitude In the way we listen, guide, and show up for each guest Every interaction medical or operational, clinical or commercial is an opportunity to fulfil our longevity promise Being a life changer means taking ownership of that responsibility, turning each touchpoint into a moment of meaningful, lasting impact on a guest's transformation journey

Day 3 translated this mindset into operational reality Program architecture, cross-functional integration, and global scaling were approached through one lens: how do we deliver the CLP promise consistently, at every location, for every guest?

The offsite also marked a milestone our doctors joining the full team for the first time, building the shared culture and trust that will power CLP's next phase We leave Evian aligned, connected, and committed The transformation we offer our guests begins with the transformation within ourselves

THREE DAYS ONE DIRECTION NOW WE RUN FORWARD TOGETHER

The three days moved with purpose and
