WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP MAKES POSSIBLE 2023 SAN DIEGO CLIMATE SUMMIT

Your sponsorship directly supports increased and equitable participation and involvement in the 2023 San Diego Climate Summit. As an organization, the Climate Science Alliance strives to facilitate sustained and meaningful engagement in all that we do. Our work is successful when we are able to uplift the voices and experiences of the community so that climate conversations are both accessible and relatable.

We are committed to keeping registration fees low, providing honorariums and stipends to knowledge holders, and offering scholarships to those who require them to fully participate in the 2023 San Diego Climate Summit and we need your help to make this happen.

REGISTRATION FEES AT 1/3 OF TRUE COST

$75 = REGISTRATION $210+ = TRUE COST

The true cost per attendee at this year's Summit is anticipated to be over $210. We have kept the cost of registration at $75 since 2019, despite the rising cost of goods and services. This always includes meals and refreshments.

On average, our partners face conference registration costs exceeding $200 per day, and often does not include meals.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 65% OF ATTENDEES

We have always offered scholarship opportunities for attendees. Historically, we have covered the full cost of registration for between 40 - 75% of attendees.

We anticipate providing registration scholarships and/or travel support for at least 130 attendees.
