Wecurrentlyhave5organiserswith differentroles.Ourorganisersarrange meetings,organisefarmvisits,replyto emails,coordinatecollaborations,share events,gatherfeedback,anddetermine thebudget.TheyexisttokeepFLAME ticking,ensureourbudgetiswell managed,coordinatewellwiththe LWA,andhandlesensitivepersonalinfo.
Ourmembersareencouragedtobeas muchorlittleinvolvedastheylike; fromorganisingeventsandpostingon socials,toattendingeventsonceina whileandkeepinganeyeonthe opportunitiesweshare.
