FLAME

Strategy day summary notes

What was our strategy day?

In February, a small group of us who’ve been part of FLAME a while and are keen, met up to scheme.

We reflected on what FLAME has been over the last few years and drafted a plan of what we would like to do in the next year.We used our thoughts + feedback from members.

One outcome was to make FLAME more transparent, open, and democratic now that we vaguely have a structure ! swipe for The rest of what we discussed

What is a member organiser?

An organiser is someone who takes more responsibility and accountability for organising things within FLAME.

They commit to turning up to most meetings, coordinating with the LWA, managing sensitive information, managing finances and emails and generally keeping things ticking over.

You do not have to be a member organiser to organise things! (see induction booklet) And if you are interested in becoming a member organiser just let us know :)
