Welcome to the Redgrave Theatre and our brand new season!

Following the success of National Theatre Live and our new sing-along screenings, this autumn we are delighted to present Inter Alia, starring Oscar nominee Rosamund Pike, and a special sing-along of Wicked, to celebrate the release of Wicked: For Good later this year. We would also like to introduce customers to our brand new spoken word and music Showcase events, featuring artists from the local community, and offering a platform for fresh voices and original creativity. Aspiring artists are welcome to apply to perform for our showcase events through our website.
Further highlights this season include comedy from Radio 4 favourite John Shuttleworth and nurse turned comedian Georgie Carroll; inspirational talks from extreme sports athlete Brett Tippie and Touching the Void mountaineer Simon Yates; and variety from multi award winning Cabaret star Velma Celli and mind reader extraordinaire Alex McAleer.
Families can expect a jam-packed season with returning favourites Tales from Acorn Wood and The Gruffalo’s Child. Alongside these fantastic productions, we are excited to welcome two brand new companies to the Redgrave, who will bring to life family literature favourites The Very Hungry Caterpillar and The Littlest Yak
The season, as ever, will end with plenty of magic and sparkle, with this year’s family pantomime Sleeping Beauty.
