We are proud to have been recognised by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’ in Personal Development with a wide and ambitious curriculum that equips our students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Many of our graduates have gone on to attend prestigious universities including Oxford, Cambridge and other Russell Group institutions pursuing careers in law, medicine, the arts and many other exciting fields.

As an International School accredited by the British Council we are committed to providing our students with global perspectives. We offer fully-funded international trips each year allowing them to experience different cultures, learn from their peers in countries like India, Costa Rica, Spain, North America and Iceland and develop a lifelong love of learning. The guidance I received helped me unlock my potential and enabled confidence in my abilities. Through its nurturing environment and PACK values, the school has encouraged me to explore my passions and take on new challenges.
Wapping High School is an incredible place of learning and personal growth for me. Joining mid-year could have been daunting but the outstanding support from the school ensured a seamless transition.
Moreover, Wapping High has instilled in me the importance of kindness, fostering a sense of belonging and showing me what it truly means to be part of a supportive community.
Because it’s a small school, there’s a strong sense of community. It’s great because you get to know people from different year groups, which doesn’t really happen in bigger schools. And since we know most of our classmates well, kindness is just a natural part of the school vibe.
One of the coolest things is that we don’t have a uniform, so we get to show our own style and be ourselves, something other schools don’t allow. Plus, the opportunities here are incredible. For example, I got to travel to China in July 2024 for an intensive Mandarin study program where I worked alongside my peers in a Chinese university and school.
Overall, Wapping High gives you experiences and chances that most other schools just can’t offer. It’s been such a big part of helping me grow and find my potential!
Wapping High is such an amazing school. The teachers here are passionate about their subjects, which makes learning so fun and interesting. We’re always encouraged to aim high and go beyond our limits.

I’m the Deputy Head Student at Wapping High and I’ve been here since Year 7. This school has been amazing for me. It’s pushed me to do my best academically through its personalised approach to teaching and learning. It has really helped me work towards my goals through things like skills-building trips and the constant support from the teachers.
OLIVER
For sports lovers, the school offers tons of competitions. Recently, we had the Tower Hamlets Cross Country and Football events and there’s many more competitions to look forward to.
As I have a passion for sports, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in many of these competitions. The school has really helped me reach my potential in sports and I am so grateful for the support that I have been given.
The community at Wapping High is so welcoming and diverse. It’s given me incredible opportunities to learn about and connect with people from so many different cultures, which has been such a cool experience.

Our diverse and inclusive community encourages everyone to reach their full potential. I was fortunate enough to travel to New York and study at Columbia University, an incredible opportunity that broadened my horizons.
The wide range of GCSE options allows me to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor, with excellent teaching and support from dedicated staff.
