Creating An Experience-Driven Economy

Friends, Partners and Neighbors, Rock Entertainment Group is a collection of dreamers and creators who believe that greatness isn’t found; it’s built, one bold act at a time. As we present the 2025-26 Rock Entertainment Group Impact Report, we are proud to share how far downtown Cleveland has come, and even more energized by what’s next.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Five years ago, we built Rock Entertainment Group to think bigger than any single team, venue or season, uniting the Cavaliers, Monsters, Charge, Rocket Arena and Cleveland Clinic Courts under one banner and one purpose. This year we moved from hosting events to building an experience-driven economy with partners across Northeast Ohio. Every plaza, court, riverwalk and stage we help bring to life is one more reason to stay a little longer, connect a little deeper and come back again.

Creating An Experience-Driven Economy

On the riverfront, the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center welcomes the Cavaliers in February 2027 and the public that summer as one of the most advanced training facilities in professional sports and the largest in the NBA, treating weekend warriors with the same care as the starting five. Across the street, we’re partnering with Live Nation on a 6,200seat amphitheater, downtown’s first new music venue in 20 years. In the Gateway District, Cosm broke ground on its fifth and largest venue, anchoring Bedrock’s Rock Block. Cosm Cleveland will bring an entirely new kind of experience downtown, immersing fans in shared reality on a nearly 100-foot-wide, 12K-resolution screen. This summer we opened Meet Me Here Plaza, a free community basketball court marking the tenth anniversary of the Cavaliers 2016 NBA Championship, proof that not everything worth building has to cost a fan a ticket.

Rock Entertainment Group Introduce the “Cleveland Sirens” WNBA Franchise Rock Entertainment Group, the umbrella entity that houses Dan Gilbert’s sports and entertainment properties, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, unveiled the name and brand identity for Cleveland’s WNBA franchise: Cleveland Sirens.

Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center The Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center celebrated a major construction milestone last year, fully enclosing the exterior of what will be the NBA's largest practice facility. The Cavaliers move into the performance center in February 2027 and the facility opens for public access that August.

Cuyahoga Riverfront Amphitheater

Transforming Downtown Cleveland into a Destination for Community Connection and Economic Growth through Sports and Entertainment

Rock Entertainment Group and Bedrock, in partnership with Live Nation, announced a new 6,200-seat outdoor amphitheater along the Cuyahoga River, next to the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center. The venue connects directly to the surrounding riverwalk, plazas and mixed-use spaces, creating a walkable link to Tower City and downtown.

Chairman Dan Gilbert and his Family of Companies (FOC) continue to drive downtown Cleveland's transformation through sports, entertainment and real estate development. Since Dan and the Gilbert family acquired the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2005, they have invested more than $4 billion in Northeast Ohio, including $1.1 billion dedicated to sports and entertainment infrastructure.

Cosm, Rock Entertainment Group and Bedrock broke ground on Cosm Cleveland, it’s fifth location nationwide, and its largest to date. The immersive, shared-reality venue anchors Bedrock's mixed-use Rock Block development and opens before football season in 2027.

Led by Rock Entertainment Group (REG) and Bedrock, the FOC's commitment spans downtown Cleveland, from the Cuyahoga riverfront to the city's urban core. That investment reflects a simple belief: people want more than material goods. They want an experience worth showing up for. Over the past year, that belief has become reality through a series of initiatives designed to make Cleveland a place people choose to visit and live.

Rock Block Bedrock’s Rock Block, a mixed-use development at the intersection of East 4th Street, Prospect Avenue and Huron Road, will bring more retail, hospitality and parking to downtown Cleveland. Once complete, Rock Block will add to a growing lineup of entertainment, sports, retail and dining destinations in downtown’s Gateway District, led by the REG-operated Rocket Arena. Cosm, the leading immersive technology, media and entertainment company, anchors the Rock Block development. Cosm Cleveland’s Shared Reality experience merges a stadium-like atmosphere with the energy of the crowd, elevated food and beverage and state-ofthe-art visuals.

The May Acquired by Bedrock in 2017, the May has anchored Cleveland’s Public Square for more than 100 years. The May Company department store opened its namesake building on Euclid Avenue in 1915 and operated there until 1993. It remained primarily vacant until Bedrock commenced an extensive historic restoration of the property, seeking to rehabilitate its most definitive features, such as the iconic pediment clock and terra cotta façade. The May opened to the public in August 2020 after undergoing a transformation that includes apartment suites and Roost Cleveland, an extended stay concept.

12

The Riverfront

Tower City Center

Bedrock and the City of Cleveland are transforming the Cuyahoga riverfront through a strategy built on connectivity, equity and accessibility. The Riverfront includes 30+ acres of developable land with housing, office, retail, hospitality and entertainment space, along with more than 12 acres of publicly accessible green space.

As part of The Riverfront and Mayor Bibb’s Shore-to-Core-Shore plan, Bedrock will reimagine Tower City Center as a connection point from the waterfront to Public Square and beyond. This includes optimizing office, retail and transit access within the iconic downtown space.

Anchored by the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, set to open in 2027, there are plans for a new 6,200-seat amphitheater and the redevelopment of Tower City, linking the shore to the core.

In 2026, Bedrock and REG launched Tower City Events, a new way to host unforgettable experiences at one of Cleveland’s most iconic downtown destinations. Tower City Events offers versatility in Skylight Concourse and the Oak Room.

Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center The Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center is scheduled to open in 2027 and will set new standards for sports medicine and human performance through innovation, community engagement and specialized athlete care. Located along the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, the 210,000-square-foot facility will turn the area into a global destination for elite training and sports science and will be one of the world’s most advanced sports performance centers and the largest indoor practice facility for a professional sports team in the United States. The Center will use advanced medical technology and data to create treatment plans tailored to each athlete’s current needs and long-term goals. Since breaking ground in October 2024 and topping off in July 2025, construction has advanced rapidly, continuing to exceed economic and community benchmarks by engaging minority-, female-, local- and low-income-owned contractors in line with the community benefits agreement set at the beginning of the project. In January 2026, the building reached a major construction milestone, becoming fully enclosed and watertight, marking the start of interior buildout work. In February 2026, the Cavaliers, in collaboration with Bedrock, Cleveland Clinic and Populous, unveiled a collection of new interior renderings of the center, offering an indepth preview of the team’s next-generation training facility. The Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center is the first vertical development as part of Bedrock’s The Riverfront, a transformational mixed-use development reimagining underutilized land along the Cuyahoga River and the historic Tower City Center to create new public parks, a Riverwalk and year-round waterfront experiences.

Cuyahoga Riverfront Amphitheater Bedrock and Rock Entertainment Group will bring an outdoor amphitheater to downtown Cleveland as part of its transformational development on The Riverfront. The 6,200-seat entertainment venue will be operated in partnership with Live Nation, which has a long history of promoting live entertainment in Cleveland, to host concerts, festivals and other events. Adjacent to the Cleveland Cavaliers Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, the amphitheater amplifies Bedrock’s vision to create an active waterfront destination with publicly accessible, open space for the community in downtown Cleveland. Part of a burgeoning entertainment ecosystem in Cleveland, the amphitheater will showcase a range of performances across genres, from national headliners to global touring acts and local artists. Capitalizing on exceptional views of the Cuyahoga River and city skyline, the venue is projected to attract thousands of annual visitors to the city center, generating nearly $59M in economic impact. As the first new large music venue to be built in Cleveland in more than 20 years, it will create more opportunities in the market and reinforce the city’s position as a music capital. The project is a component of The Riverfront, a catalytic plan to reimagine 35 acres of underutilized land along the Cuyahoga River and historic Tower City. Development on The Riverfront is well underway; Bedrock has advanced major infrastructure and site work along the waterfront and the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center is fully enclosed and will be operational next year.

A new outdoor music venue along the Cuyahoga riverfront reflects the type of resident and visitor experience that we want here in downtown Cleveland. The amphitheater will add a vibrant destination for entertainment and culture, helping to strengthen downtown, drive economic impact and advance our shore-to-core-to-shore strategy. – Justin M. 2024-25 NBA Team Sales & Marketing Team of the Year and Recipients of the Inclusion Leadership Award In January 2026, the Cleveland Cavaliers were named the NBA’s Team of the Year and honored as the recipients of the league’s Inclusion Leadership Award. The achievements were announced at the NBA’s Annual Sales and Marketing Meeting. These league-wide recognitions celebrate the Cavaliers outstanding performance on the court, in business and in the community. In addition to the revenue-based success, inclusion and community impact were core to the Cavaliers enterprise strategy, guided by Chairman Dan Gilbert’s “For More Than Profit” philosophy. In commemoration of the legacy of the 1967 Cleveland Summit, the Cavaliers launched two marquee initiatives: “A Seat at the Table: Voices of Tomorrow,” a leadership experience for nearly 100 young adults, and the “Social Impact Academy,” a fully funded nine-month program for 20 students focused on equity, civic engagement and activism.

Sustainability Rocket Arena is an industry leader in sustainability, investing in environmental stewardship, social impact, innovation and economic activity to strengthen the well-being of the community. In 2025, REG launched the REGreen Sustainability Strategy focused on materials management, responsible resource stewardship, revenue generation, partnership development, company engagement and education.

Rocket Arena’s WM Waste Room This year, Rocket Arena partnered with WM for a reimagined waste room on the arena’s Event Level. Opened in October 2025, the new waste room enhances environmental services operations, supports waste diversion and improves overall guest experience. The new room features two new compactors and a dedicated environmental services team that inspects each bag of waste to support waste diversion efforts. This year, Rocket Arena composted 13% of its total waste - 160 tons - up from last year’s 90.5 tons.

160 tons of waste composted this year – 13% of everything the arena threw away – Equivalent of 240,000 fillets of Lake Erie Walleye, enough to feed every downtown Cleveland resident 11 times over. – Nearly double the amount composted in 2024-25 season (90.5 tons)

As a result of these efforts, we have supported Rocket Arena and the Cleveland Cavaliers in more than doubling their waste diversion rate, reaching 35.8% as of October 2025. This success reflects Rocket Arena and the Cavaliers commitment to fostering productive, safe workplaces and elevating sustainable operations. Such achievements are only possible with true collaboration, innovation and a shared dedication to advancing sustainability. Our team looks forward to continuing this momentum alongside Rocket Arena and the Cleveland Cavaliers as we promote greater awareness and implementation of best practices in recycling. – Frank Fello, WM’s Great Lakes Area, Vice President

The night also coincided with the Cavaliers Classic Edition theme night, celebrating the team's 55th anniversary and harking back to the navy blue, wine and gold uniform design worn from 2005 to 2010. Fans in attendance received a special Classic Edition "What's Not to Like" rally towel, honoring Nick's signature catchphrase from that memorable night at the 2011 Draft Lottery. The Cavaliers welcomed families from across the country impacted by NF to Rocket Arena and honored NF community members Harper Grace as the sword puller and Sarah Powlison as the JIF Diff Maker. Beyond the on-court tributes, proceeds from the 50/50 raffle were matched by the Gilbert Family Foundation and donated to NFX. Fans also had the chance to support the cause directly by shopping an exclusive Bow Tie Collection sold at Center Court. Additional proceeds came from purchases made at Gilly's, the upscale sports bar on the Loudville level of Rocket Arena — all benefiting NFX.

Bow Tie Game presented by The Gilly Project In March 2026, the Cavaliers hosted their fourth annual Bow Tie Game, presented by The Gilly Project. The game, dedicated to raising awareness about neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), honored the life and legacy of Nick Gilbert, son of Cavaliers Chairman Dan Gilbert, who, after a lifelong battle, passed away in May 2023 from complications related to the genetic disease. Nick became the Cavaliers iconic "good luck charm" at age 14, when he represented the team at the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery wearing his signature bow tie. NF is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerve pathways throughout the body, which can lead to blindness, deafness, bone abnormalities, disabling pain and cancer. NF1, the most common form of NF, occurs in roughly 1 in every 2,500 births worldwide. This year's Bow Tie Game focused on the platform's role in building awareness around NF, in partnership with NFX, The Gilly Project and The Gilbert Family Foundation, continuing Nick's legacy of driving meaningful impact and improving the lives of individuals and families affected by NF1.

Creating An Experience-Driven Economy

On August 4, 2026, Rock Entertainment Group (REG) unveiled the name and brand identity for Cleveland’s WNBA franchise: Cleveland Sirens. Owned and operated by Rock Entertainment Group and Chairman Dan Gilbert, the Cleveland Sirens will begin play as the WNBA’s 16th franchise at Rocket Arena in the 2028 season.

From the beginning, our vision has been to build a franchise that harnesses the power, visibility and opportunity that define this moment in women’s sports and fortifies the city’s momentum. - Nic Barlage, Rock Entertainment Group CEO

The Cleveland Sirens name embodies the energy, resilience and unapologetic passion that underscore Northeast Ohio. It evokes the force of Lake Erie, Cleveland’s defining natural asset and source of civic pride, and delivers an unmistakable call for fans to be part of something greater than themselves. The identity distinctly and authentically represents Cleveland, a city shaped by its lakefront, which serves as the region’s gathering place. The name and brand are a product of a year-long, regionalized, fan-informed process. The logo showcases fluid motion, capturing the energy and movement of the Siren as she underlines the team’s name from beneath the surface, commanding the depths while her tail and the basketball crest through the waves. The leading “S” in the Cleveland Sirens wordmark hides “C” (Cleveland), “S” (Sirens) and “CLE” within its form, with its tip curving into a trident. Accent lines bookend the wordmark, rippling outward like the reverberating sound waves of a siren’s call. The color palette of Sirens Blue and Erie Blue connects to the hues found in Lake Erie and pays homage to the Cleveland Rockers who competed in the WNBA from 1997 to 2003. The team will introduce a complementary mint foam color in select applications to add vibrancy and depth.

The city of Cleveland has created opportunities over the years for young players to take their talents to professional venues and the Charge is the latest to honor this tradition bringing the passion of both schools to Public Hall.

Empower Sports Visits Cleveland Charge players visited Empower Sports, a non-profit organization serving children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, for the final basketball clinic of the season. Empower Sports’ programs foster friendship, community, confidence, discipline, teamwork, physical well-being and social skills. Throughout the event, players interacted with participants, offered encouragement, shared basketball skills and helped create a fun, inclusive experience for all athletes.

Cleveland Charge and Unified Sports The Cleveland Charge brought their game-day energy to the third annual Unified Sports Experience at Westlake High School, showing up for a program built on the shared idea that playing together builds lifelong connections. In collaboration with the Dru Joyce Classic, the event welcomed students from Pre-K through 12th grade for a full day that included a health promotion station, law enforcement basketball games, skills sessions with Cavs Youth Academy coaches and live Unified basketball tournaments. Schools from across the region brought athletes together for tournament-style basketball as part of the Dru Joyce Classic, one of the region's premier youth basketball tournaments. Ahmaad Crump, Cleveland Cavaliers In-Arena Host, energized the event by announcing player walk-ins, while Charge mascot Pozzie joined the high-five tunnel to send athletes onto the court.

Community Theme Nights The Charge look to strengthen their roots in the Cleveland community through initiatives that let team members, players and coaching staff get to know the people who make Northeast Ohio great. Ahead of the team's Social Impact theme games, the Charge hosted community guests to watch practice at Cleveland Clinic Courts, the team's practice facility. » Pride Night
