Triple Play Volunteer Position Description Title: Triple Play Volunteer Reports To: Club Director/Volunteer Engagement Manager Program Dates & Time: September - May, Monday - Friday, 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Commitment: Weekly Purpose of this role: Coach through sport activities that focus on skill building, leadership, and sportsmanship - no free play. Example: The youth learn about 3 point shots in basketball, and the next week they learn about dribbling. Grades Served: K - 12th Duties/Responsibilities: Coach activities Help create a productive and focused environment Complete Volunteer Onboarding process Notify Club Director when unable to attend during scheduled hours
Ideal volunteer: Adult with professional experience Passion for working with youth Can work in noisy environments Sensitivity to cultural differences Patience and ability to explain concepts clearly
