a change, some competition for Sellers. As some markets begin to balance out, it’s important to remember this brings more Buyers a fair opportunity to land the home they’ve been after, if they’ve been unsuccessful in years past. Although we ’ re not in a full Buyers market per se, if I were giving advice to someone searching now, I’d strike while the opportunity is hot. Less competition, more Listings, steady interest rates = better deals. The best advice is to work with someone who serves the market you are looking to buy or sell in so that you ’ re getting the reql time updates as they are occurring.
As a family this summer we are celebrating another successful school year as we have one heading into Senior Year, one graduating middle school, one graduating elementary and our youngest (the coolest cucumber) heading into 3rd. A busy season of summer sports ahead, and hopefully some well earned and wished for nights at the Lake around a camp fire.

1 (16 ounce) package fusilli pasta
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 cup frozen petite peas, thawed
1 cup cubed Genoa salami
¾ cup chopped green onions
¾ cup chopped celery
2 (2 ounce) cans sliced black olives, drained
½ cup chopped fresh parsley

Pasta Salad Preparation:
Step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fusilli and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 10 to 13 minutes.
Step 2: While the pasta is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and Italian dressing mix in a medium bowl until smooth; set aside.
Step 3: Drain fusilli, then rinse under cold water and drain again. Transfer to a large salad bowl.
Step 4: Add thawed peas, salami, green onions, celery, olives, and parsley. Pour in all but 1/2 cup of the reserved dressing and mix until ingredients are well combined. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
Step 5: When ready to serve, remove pasta salad from the refrigerator. Stir, then add more dressing if it appears dry.
