The CLC Vision and Mission Statements speak of the commitment of all members of the community:
To inspire young women to realise their personal excellence and confidently shape their future.
We create opportunities for young women to achieve and champion justice in the global community.
To educate, in partnership with parents, women of faith, integrity, individuality and compassion.
At the heart of CLC is a desire for of each student to reach their full potential. In the spirit of the College Vision and Mission our Awards recognise the achievements of students and serves to encourage them to continue to excel. Our Awards also celebrate endeavour and participation in the entire community.
The names of students in this booklet are not just lists but rather active examples to all within this Community, that they are true and transparent role models of our College motto, ‘Knowledge and Virtue’. It is not the amount of knowledge that we celebrate but rather the virtue with which it is used – these students follow others who have been shining custodians of this philosophy, so ingrained within the Sisters of Charity.
Recipients of these awards have also demonstrated the attributes as outlined in the CLC Education Charter: Excellence, Wisdom, Belonging, Courage and Responsibility.

The Awards should be recognised as a starting point rather than an end; in congratulating each student on their personal level of achievement we are also looking forward to witnessing the heights they will reach in future years.
Joanna De Bono Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching
