When Clayco was selected as the Design-Builder for SCAD’s Montgomery House in 2016, both parties quickly discovered that they were like-minded partners.

Clayco then engaged LJC to partner with on subsequent SCAD projects. LJC has now been a Design-Build Partner on 6 sequential projects.

OUR CONTINUED RELATIONSHIP WITH PENN STATE UNIVERSITY

Clayco was selected as the Design-Builder for the East Halls Project at University Park in 2015. LJC’s early performance led to the award of several other active design projects.

Clayco has completed 7 projects for Penn State and will be starting another new student housing development in the future. LJC has been involved in 9 Penn State projects since.
