PLANNING FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS

We used biophilic design—daylight, vegetation, and natural materials—to reduce stress by up to 30%. The smooth indoor-to-outdoor gym transition and integrated art gallery promote a healthy work-life balance for employees.

SITE IMPROVEMENT

We increased green space by 115%, reaching 162,000 sq ft for groundwater recharge, air quality, and communal areas. Landscaping uses 100% native vegetation for biodiversity and low maintenance. Carbon sequestration will reach 525 tons over 50 years, equivalent to removing 114 cars’ CO2 emissions annually.

The existing building at 8640 Evans Avenue was developed, designed, and built by Clayco in 2012 and was occupied by Express Scripts until 2022. Our team chose adaptive reuse over new construction, significantly reducing our ecological footprint.
