ORDERING: Minimum order is $200. We prefer orders be placed through our website at claudiascaninebakery.com, but we also accept orders via phone, fax, or email. To order online, you must register for an account. Accounts are typically approved within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation upon approval.
PAYMENT: Orders are to be prepaid at the time the order is placed, and a shipping and handling fee of the order total will be added. We accept all major credit cards.
PRODUCTION: Our cookies are baked fresh to order, and our standard production times average 10 business days on orders under $500 and 15 business days for orders between $500 - $1500. During periods of peak demand, our lead times can quickly increase to 30 business days, so we encourage you to plan ahead and place orders early! For current production times, please call us or check our website.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & DISCREPANCIES: Please inspect all product upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 72 hours by phone or email. Be prepared to provide us with the following information: order or invoice #, item #, quantity damaged/defective, and the lot # found on the package. If possible, please take photos and send to info@claudiascaninebakery.com, as this will help expedite the resolution. It is also important that you do not discard the packaging the product arrived in and/or the product until further instructed. For product determined to have been damaged during shipment, we will file a claim with FedEx, and as part of their claims resolution process, they often require inspection of the product and the packaging. We may also issue a call tag to have damaged/ defective product returned to us, in which case you will need to have the product packaged and ready for shipment back to us.
SHELF LIFE: Peanut Butter Suckers, Peanut Butter Paws, Carob and Yogurt treats have a 12 month shelf life, all other treats have an 18 month shelf life. Store cookies in a cool, dry location.
