From start to finish, the events surrounding the "Get On The Bus" movement is slated to be a surprise filled joyride; featuring an on-board chef, games and prizes, sight-seeing, elegant brunches, dancing and memories to last a lifetime. WHERE: Balloon Release - SALÛ Bistro and Bar - 3226 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70115 WHY: Approximately 50,000 women and children are trafficked annually into the United States, according to the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act (2000). Meanwhile, minors are sold an average of 10-15 times per day (Washington State Office of the Attorney General).
