Requisitos: • Juris Doctor de universidad acreditada; licencia vigente de Ajustador expedida por la Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros y cinco (5) aĂąos de experiencia mĂnimo en posiciĂłn similar o como abogado(a) litigante, para empleo a tiempo completo en una entidad de seguros. Se requiere conocimiento en materias legales sustantivas y procesales y en evaluaciĂłn de daĂąos para examinar, investigar, o ajustar reclamaciones legales; revisar formularios de reclamaciones y expedientes o documentos legales; revisar pĂłlizas de seguro y endosos; revisar expedientes mĂŠdicos; revisar reportes o informes relacionados con la investigaciĂłn y ajuste de reclamaciones; asistir en el manejo y resoluciĂłn de reclamaciones legales; preparar y organizar expedientes de reclamaciones; revisar facturas de abogados(as), ajustadores y proveedores de servicios; revisar y atender correspondencia escrita o digital, y asistir en la atenciĂłn de asegurados, reclamantes o sus representantes, entre otras funciones. TambiĂŠn, se requiere conocimiento en sistemas de Microsoft tales como Word y Excel para desempeĂąar funciones en Departamento de Reclamaciones: preparar cartas e informes y otras tareas o encomiendas solicitadas por el Director Ejecutivo. Debe poseer la habilidad de trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las responsabilidades y obligaciones de su puesto de trabajo.
