Requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related field. Must have 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including managing projects of at least $5 million. Experience must include oversight of industrial manufacturing equipment, packing & filling. Must have comprehensive knowledge in electrical, electronic schematics, engineering standards & regulations; and ability to analyze & interpret general business reports, KPI, technical procedures & governmental regulations. Must be fluent in written & spoken Italian & Spanish, including technical terminology. May require occasional travel to company sites in continental USA, Europe & Asia.
