TOOLED UP EDUCATION: FRIENDSHIP WEEK
As part of Friendship Week, our pupils have been exploring the importance of inclusion, making new connections and having the confidence to invite others to join in. These are valuable skills that we continue to nurture throughout the year. Tooled Up Education has also dedicated a recent Wednesday Wisdom article to friendship, offering practical insights and advice for parents. We encourage families to explore the excellent resources, webinars and articles available through our school subscription. We are looking forward to our Junior School Magical Woodland Walkathon on Friday 16 October. All pupils will be taking part in this exciting event. Thank you to our Friends team for organising what promises to be a magical afternoon!
Parents can access Tooled Up using our school PIN: cfc0209 via the Tooled Up sign-up page.
World Mental Health Day – #HelloYellow On Friday 9 October, Claremont will be supporting YoungMinds' #HelloYellow campaign for World Mental Health Day. Pupils and staff are invited to wear a touch of yellow alongside their school uniform, helping to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing. The day will begin with an optional Dawn Chorus Walk (7.00–8.00am), open to all Claremont parents, carers and pupils. Enjoy a peaceful walk around the school estate before warming up with a hot chocolate served by our Year 11 peer leaders. A small donation to YoungMinds will be welcomed in exchange for a hot drink. The walk will depart promptly from the Mansion steps at 7.00am. Please note that dogs are not permitted and that the terrain may be uneven. At Claremont, we believe it is essential that our pupils not only reflect on their own wellbeing but also learn how to seek support and how to care for others. If you ever have any worries about your child’s wellbeing, please do not hesitate to talk to us. STABLE COURT ROUND UP | 02.10.2026
