TRANSITIONAL CRAFTSMAN KITCHEN & MAIN FLOOR REMODEL PROJECT BRIEF Scope Design development for kitchen, dining area, family room, powder bath, and walk-in pantry. Design Concept Reimagining the main floor layout to enhance natural light, circulation, and everyday functionality while preserving the warmth of the Craftsman character. The kitchen redesign explored multiple layout iterations guided by NKBA planning standards and tailored to the homeowners’ routines and family dynamics.

Design Highlights - Developed multiple kitchen layout studies to optimize workflow and usability. - Integrated a custom walk-in pantry by reconfiguring adjacent space. - Designed a central island with prep and gathering space to anchor the kitchen. - Introduced brighter materials and finishes to unify the main living areas. Impact Improved flow between the kitchen and living areas, significantly increased storage capacity, and transformed a dark, dated layout into a bright, functional, and welcoming main living space.

RUSTIC MODERN WHOLE-HOME REMODEL PROJECT BRIEF Scope Design development and construction documentation for a 6,000 SF, three-story residence, including kitchen expansion, primary suite redesign, six bathroom remodels, Jack & Jill bath conversion, laundry relocation, and main-floor reconfiguration. Design Concept A whole-home remodel focused on enhancing functionality, circulation, and daily comfort, using a cohesive modern-rustic aesthetic. Key living spaces were reimagined with thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and integrated storage for a growing family.
