CAN I USE MULTIPURPOSE CLEANERS TO CLEAN MY SURFACE?
Yes, basic multisurface cleaners are generally safe for most surfaces. Avoid any cleaners with harsh ingredients like bleach, or ammonia and always use a soft microfiber cloth.
CAN I PLACE HOT OBJECTS DIRECTLY ON MY COUNTERTOPS?
It is always recommended to use trivots when placing hot objects on your countertops in order to avoid damaging the stone.
HOW CAN I REMOVE LIMESCALE DEPOSITS OR WATER STAINS?
A diluted solution of limescale remover or a mixture of vinegar & water can be used to remove limescale or water stains. If needed, a blue scouring pad can be used gently in a circular motion.
CAN MY COUNTERTOPS BE REPAIRED?
In the event your countertops have been damaged, it may be possible to have your countertops repaired. Each situation is unique and requires a visit by one of our experienced countertop technicians.
