CABINET CLEANING BASICS

Clean splatters and spills with a mixture of mild soap and water and a clean, soft cloth. Make sure to wipe all excess moisture after cleaning.

Do not use detergents, strong soaps, abrasives, or waxes as they can damage the finish or leave a residue.

Moisture can cause damage, like peeling and discoloration. Be sure to dry wet cabinets immediately to avoid permanent damage.

FAQ’s CABINET CLEANING

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY CABINETS?

Dust them periodically with a soft lint-free cloth. For extra cleaning power, use a mild solution of dish soap and warm water to wipe away any splatters or spills.

HOW DO I CLEAN GLASS CABINET DOORS?

Clean the glass using an ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft, clean cloth or paper towel. Avoid letting the cleaner seap behind the mullions or dividers which could cause damage.

Using polish or wax on your cabinets is not recommended, as it creates residue that may build-up over time. SHOULD I POLISH OR WAX MY CABINETS?

HOW CAN I REPAIR A SMALL NICK ON MY CABINETS?

Small nicks or blemishes can be repaired by using a touch-up kit to help hide surface damage. Each kit will be color-matched for your specific cabinetry and will contain a touch-up pen and/ or a tinted putty stick to fill scratches, gouges or nicks.
