1962 Bingham, Hughes & Macpherson is established in the north of Scotland by John Bingham, Ken Hughes and Neil Macpherson. 1918 In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Sandy MacDonald established a land agency business in Highland Perthshire. In 1918, he was joined in business by William Finlayson, who later succeeded him.
