A solo exhibition of work, "Winter into Spring," by Anne Appleby will open at Charlotte Jackson Fine Art on April 28 and extend through May 24, 2017. An Opening Reception with the artist will be held on Friday, April 28 from 5-7 p.m. The exhibition presents work which brings the wholeness, the experience of seeing into physical existence on the walls of the gallery. Combining her love of color and abstraction with the intimate knowledge and relationship with the natural world which she acquired studying with an Ojibwe elder, Appleby’s work challenges viewers to see rather than look.
